the location is decent, the area is a bit congested during the day friendly service get welcome drink (bottle) good hygiene enough facilities but get a room with a balcony, without lights, it's very dark at night the rest is good it's been the 3rd time to New Saphir.

This hotel was in an amazing location, and the Breakfast Buffet consisted of restaurant quality food with a huge selection of both Asian and Western cuisine. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Concierge on arrival, so there is no need to lug all your bags from your transport into your room. Spa, Sauna, and a pool at the hotel. You are located a short distance from great sites and attraction in Jogja. In my opinion, this is a very luxurious hotel at an incredible price.

The hotel is cute. , ”Vintage style. The room is clean, the hot water is smooth, the location is strategic near the crowd. Very recommended for those who want to go to Jogja on vacation. There is a swimming pool, not really big. The room also has a bathtub.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.
