Excelent service, personal very frendly, an excelent place to visit!!! The food is great, and the room is very big, with three beds, kitchen and living room and two balcony. A great pool and near to the beach. We recomend you to visit, and enjoy all services.

A very nice place to stay. The food was excellent and I had a very good sleep. The rooms are very nice as they are very spacious, they are like an apartment. There is a big pool with a slide and a kids pool. The beach is very close and you can watch beautiful sunsets, in fact, there are two beaches nearby; Puerto Cruz and Zaragoza. Puerto Cruz is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and Zaragoza is a little bit more. The difference between these two is that one is located in a bay and it is calmer than the other. Zaragoza being the calmer one.

Good facilities, very friendly staff, they are very generous with alcoholic and refreshing drinks, the food is a bit monotonous, you have to walk to the beach but it is not far away and it is very safe, their beach club is very nice, overall recommended! !!

Our holiday in Venezuela at the LD Suites Punta Playa was simply incredible! We chose this hotel after watching videos about Venezuela on the Venezuela PRO YouTube channel and couldn't be happier with our choice. The hotel is located on the ocean, which creates an amazing atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help us with any questions and ensure our stay with maximum comfort. I would like to express special thanks to the guide Andrey, who worked with us. His local knowledge and advice helped us make the most of our time in Venezuela. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes that delighted our taste buds. We also enjoyed the beauty of the beach and pool where we spent a lot of time enjoying the sun and fresh air. Overall, our experience at the LD Suites Punta Playa was excellent and we have nothing but positive memories from our stay. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Venezuela and can't wait to go back again!

All the officials are friendly and warm, the bar restaurant hours are very extensive. The apartments are large, well furnished, with comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay. The attention (cleanliness) in the rooms is very good.

The only thing is the beach that the transfer route to the beach where the elderly can enjoy is very remote and the transfer is difficult. It is impossible to enjoy the beach because of the strong waves, you would need a wave breaker and it would be super great otherwise excellent.
