Great experience. Fantastic family holiday. A great setting only 30 min. from the airport. Hotel is located on the beach. Food and service high quality. Rooms are specious and very comfortable. Staff is great and thanks for all their effort and close attention.

The rooms are slightly worn out. The hotel staff looks friendly however they all require training to understand and cope with their customer expectations.there is no designated hotel manager around who is engaging with customer on daily basis. their breakfast buffet is average in terms of food and beverage choices. Overall, I would say It's good value for money.

The hotel is a great location with a cozy architecture and very friendly staff, however the rooms are in incredibly poor condition. First of all the size is exactly a double bed fit. There is only one foot around the bed and there is this nonfunctional thick shelf on top of the bed that makes you worry if it would fall on your head. There is no spot to put youe luggage in the room. The shower was dirty when we got the room. Also the shower head was broken, the toilet flush was running water all the time. The breakfast service was a chaos. In summary, great location and staff but the amenities need a major improvement, and there are many better options in the same bay for a cheaper price.

The rooms didn’t have a night stand. Instead they had a useless shelf above the bed. My daughter and I hit our heads many times trying to lay down and I can’t even imagine how a taller person would manage around it. The sink area was tiny and barely enough for a toothbrush and toothpaste. They should consider to change the set up in their rooms.

The room is very small. Even pouring water was difficult. The shower gets clogged and you take a shower covered in water. One day, housekeeping burst into the room, we got mad, and they just made it through with a small apology. The restaurant management was given to a different company every year. So there is no standard. Pet Friendly hotel is okay, but there is animal droppings everywhere on the grass, you definitely wake up with barking in the morning. Whatever complaint I make, they just listen and, as you can see, they don't care. Breakfast is subpar. 2-3 pieces of cheese, tomatoes, watermelon etc. Every day is the same. They said it was a pandemic, but the breakfast served on the table has nothing to do with the pandemic. This year's restaurant was very good, I hope they stay next year, they deserve it.
