Absolutely LOVED Divan hotel during our stay with our young children and other family members. The only disappointment I faced was having to leave after 1 week as we wish we stayed 2 weeks! The grounds of the hotel were exceptional, clean, and just beautiful. The beach itself is small and not too much sand but it was just fine for us as the sea was clean, calm and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous, not crowded and very large. My kids were absolutely obsessed. The food quality was phenomenal and especially the breakfast. We were blown away. The staff were all so wonderful and attentive. Filiz hanim was exceptionally wonderful. She always greeted you with a warm smile and was there to help with whatever you needed. She also prepared us a “to go breakfast “ the day of our departure which was so incredibly kind and generous. We will miss her!! Figen, another female server was also very wonderful and attentive. The servers were all wonderful! Elif, the pastry chef was phenomenal, her breakfast spread was one to remember! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you, Divan hotel and staff!

Started with very friendly welcome by the reception staff and 15minutes later we entered the room which was very comfortable and enough space to put everything into the wardrobe. A nice balcony with a sitting garnitur rounded up our room. Everything very very clean. If you need anything just call the reception or room service and within minutes a friendly and smiling staff is knocking to your door - fantastic service. What should we say about the breakfast: it is simply fantastic and you receive an individual service from the friendly staff and you feel like you are the only guest - thanks to the BREAKFAST team ! It is in a buffet style but somehow with the service together it is much more individuell as the normal known hotel breakfast buffets. We enjoyed daily early morning swimming and it is marveless as it is quite and you enjoy the sea and atmosphere. If you go out of the water a staff was bringing already a towel to dry up - SUPER. The staff at the beach (ISKELE) was from the morning up to evening helpful, smiling which is absolut not easy at that temperature if you have to work. THANKS beach (ISKELE) team. We enjoyed our days at Divan Palmira very much and we will come for sure again Anna Maria + Richard

What an amazing experience me and my family had! I can’t thank enough to the staff with their service. I especially thank Filiz for her kindness, amazing service, her speed, her thoughtfulness. Our last morning before our early flight Filiz made sure we had breakfast bags with all the pastries and coffee to go! Every hotel needs someone like Filiz. We also met the pastry chef Elif who also was so kind and so attentive! We had the most delicious pastries. Could not get enough of the beach. So calm and clear! Going forward I will choose Divan Turkbuku for sure!

It was a nice evening experience. Bugra from the service gave very good service. His stance made us happy. For a good meal you have to be happily experienced. Especially okra and eggplant appetizers are not just good appetizers, they serve as a tapas. Lamb in main course is very successful. The chef's coming to the table and explaining the dishes adds a different experience. Divan brand was in front of us again with a successful team. I would also like to thank Adnan Chief.

Ocak ayında plânladığımız “özenerek” araştırıp “ Divan !” Kalitesine güvenerek ödeme yaptığımız, Dünya görüşümüze uygun vizyondaki bu otele gidelim diyerek başladığımız bu yolculuk tam bir hüsran, tam bir rezil olma durumuna dönüştü. İlk sipariş edilen yemekte kırmızı et marinasyonda beklemekten çürümüş bir şekilde bize servis edildi ! Odamızın kliması bozuktu ve 2. Bir odaya taşınmak da bu sorunu çözmedi ! İkinci odada da klima belli bir süre sonra çalışmadı ! 9 yaşındaki çocuk ile buz gibi bir odada sabahladık ! Demek ki siz bu işi yapmıyor ya da yapamıyorsunuz ! Çalışanların bu durumu toparlama çabaları nafileydi. -“Divan Bodrum” vizyonu- içi boş bir balon olarak hafızamıza kazındı … Çok yazık!

The hotel is roughly 40 min from the airport—but well worth the trip. You do not want to be in the high traffic, crowded city scene. The hotel is in an isolated area filled with palm trees, beautiful gardens and an amazing beach front, which also has a wide deck filled w beach chairs. Service was impeccable—Turkish version of the Four Seasons standard of service. All staff were friendly, addressed me by my name, and were available whenever they were needed. Food was simply perfect—even met the chef at dinner time, whom after chatting about Turkish cuisine, went to kitchen to create an entree not in the menu. Gym was decent, great tennis/pickle ball court. Beach was outstanding. Overall, loved the hotel—for sure a winner and I will visit again and again. This is my go-to hotel for Bodrum.

Hotel is elegant boutique luxury. Food quantity was fantastic. Service is so elegant and professional. Staff was so friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was great and lots of local alternatives. Rooms are clean and big enough. Overall fantastic experience

Amazing hotel, great hospitality. The staff was really helpful. We have been treated really nice. The location is excellent, at a beautiful bay of Bodrum, also close to trendy nightclubs. We also enjoyed local food experience. Highly recommended, top notch hotel
