Staff were just the best! I was there early season and enjoyed the resort.
The rooms and pool had superb design, the food was TOP notch. Lovely time.

The hotel is nice but dated. The beach area is overcrowded and “booked” with towels since early morning…breakfast is ok. Overall the staff is friendly but with a large language barrier I counted only 3 people speaking a good English. The last night to order the room service was insane. At the check-in, imho, looks like ******* is not really a good welcome card but their website it’s again not English friendly. Final vote 6 out of 10.

The hotel was excellent but there was no hot water at all I could not take a shower or even wash my hands water was freezing plus I book my room with breakfast I left without breakfast because it was not ready I waited for them but they didn’t get it ret
