Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum

Great experience in Mandarin Oriental Bodrum.The best hotel is Bodrum. I spent 9 days in the hotel with my family. The hotel is new and has a nice atmosphere. Mister Cuneyt is one of the best managers I met during my travels. He understood quick we need a quite location,he took care about this request very professional. The hotel has nice restaurants and we liked the main restaurant. They are organized and have great cuisine,the view is amazing. Everyone who works there makes an amazing job. They also have shisha that is a nice part of the evening. I wish to highlight the shop/little market in the hotel. They have everything you need daily or high-end cosmetics,sun cream or souvenir. Lots of toys for the children. Wonderful shop please check it out! You will be very happy. One thing I would name as possible improvement that you could notice guests that few shops and restaurants close mid October. Maybe next season they decide differently. Over all the best experience in Bodrum! Also one of the best Mandarin Orientals I visited in the past 9 years. This Mandarin Oriental had the best managers and team!

The ultimate relaxing luxury experience .. Personalized customer service .. enjoyed every minute and loved my relationship person Ruveyda who was the main reason to make my Bodrum first holiday one to remember . The stay villa , beach, spa , restaurants , and shopping were perfect .. u never need to leave the resort .. must try,, looking forward to my next visit

a lot of fun activities to do around the hotel, very friendly staff and people. beautiful views, food and rooms ambassador Rüveyda: one of the nicest and most welcoming staff in the hotel and treat my fanily and I like one of her own. If we come back we will ask for Rüveyda again. 10/10 very very expensive

From the moment MO collected us from the Airport we felt “cared for”. Our Ambassador Burak was excellent checking in each day, lots of information about dining options and the resort. We had a sea view room, good size and great view, nice and quiet, easy to get a buggy for moving around the resort. The dining choices were good Asian through to local Fish through to snacks. The food and drinks are expensive but in fairness the hotel service and staffing levels are super high, at some point it has to be paid for. We were there for our wedding anniversary and took the option of a private dinner on the beach exceptional! The service from Salih Ramadan was excellent, not just for this dinner but throughout our stay. We hired a boat for a 2 hour evening cruise, two very nice crew and lots of help from all the water sport staff. Highlight of dining - other than the anniversary diner!- was Hakkasan very well done, right on the sea. All in all a beautiful stay

The best hotel I ever stayed in my life, prices are a little bit high, but you get for what you pay, the staff is awesome! They over work themselves to make you feel like a sultan. The architecture is sublime, The bedrooms make you want to stay in bed for days, definitely going back again.
