房間非常寬敞明亮，衞生間陽光房設計別具一格。酒店最令人難忘的服務，早餐廳的服務人員，為了讓小朋友吃早飯，自發在Tik Tok上學習製作中式蒸蛋。所謂“文武之道未墜，在人”，斯之謂歟。“最美文化東方”，美的是人心，當之無愧。

在酒店一開始的經歷有一些不愉快，好在酒店及時補救最後收穫了一個完美假期，感謝酒店以及攜程的服務❤️
酒店硬件和維護絕對沒得挑，酒店很新，完全不像開業10年，甚至像新酒店，在歐美肯定是頭部第一梯隊，非常推薦。基礎房也很大，比很多酒店的套房甚至別墅還要大，喜歡呆在房間的話強推這家。全屋被温暖的橡木包裹，浴室有地暖，床品很舒服。看得出來業主很捨得重金投入，並且有點急於變現，導致酒店房地產味有點重，比如擺在去早餐廳必經之路上的巨大的業主房地產銷售模型，以及體現在有點離譜的餐廳價格等酒店內消費上（比amanruya還貴）。但也可以理解畢竟這邊跟聖特羅佩一樣一年衹開夏天幾個月，自然成本就上去了。
服務專業標準且到位，稍微有點距離感，保證私密性，是文華東方的風格，很關心客人，有一對一管家，放眼歐美肯定服務頭牌。很多員工都能記住並準確叫出你的名字，並且會親切問候。但要跟亞洲的這個梯隊的酒店比肯定還是有差距，細膩度和給客人的驚喜感差了點，沒有太多附加值。酒店也沒有免費活動，一切都是鈔能力，導致會呆著太無聊。還是亞洲的度假酒店卷，甚至三亞都看起來順眼不少。
早餐不錯，麪包西點絕了非常贊，但是沒有單點菜單，不太符合這個價格酒店的定位。其他餐飲感覺選擇不多，且味道一般，價格高昂。沙灘很醜前面一大排水泥牆，説是為了防止浪把沙子沖走，但肯定還有其他方案可以解決，衹是酒店選了個最醜的，而且海面上還停了不好看的船。沙灘工作人員服務很熱情，生怕客人自己動一點手，很主動搶着過來服務。這點很好評。
酒店體驗下來最愛的是SPA，設施氛圍和服務都超一流，很久沒遇到過這麼呆得住的SPA了，很有禪意以及避世感，還有很多種不同的茶可以嘗試，都是跟well being相關的，喜歡wellness retreat的話值得來體驗。
缺點的話也很明顯，硬件不夠智能化比如電視不能手機投屏，以及沒有智能馬桶；整體風格不太適和年輕人或者情侶，並且莫名有種商務感，度假感當地文化感氛圍差了點。
總結來説，整體很完美很棒，不愧是世界級第一梯隊酒店，絕對值得體驗，很推薦。
