MM419405****Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is a large parking lot, which is very friendly to self-driving travelers. The hotel service is excellent, and the goddess suite was upgraded for free during the peak season. The room is very warm and beautiful, with complete and modern facilities. The hotel management is standardized and safe, and you need to swipe your card to enter and exit the building. The breakfast is very good. The restaurant is not big but very warm, with rich varieties and good taste. I stayed for 2 consecutive days and felt very good. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud, especially when I learned at the front desk that Atour in Golmud has spent millions to introduce unique hardware facilities to cope with the harsh climate of Golmud. When I leave this store, I feel that it is very different from the outside. Especially during the past few days in the northwest, I have been feeling a bit high and uncomfortable in my ears, nose and throat. After getting up in this hotel Surprisingly, my mouth and nose are not dry at all. It is super comfortable. The climate is as pleasant as in the mainland. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. It is the opening time and there are souvenirs. I was surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud. The room was very clean and the environment was really nice. The self-service laundry and children's reading area are also very good, which is very suitable for families traveling with a family and need to frequently change clothes and wash clothes. CCuikexueThe hotel highlights the temperament and taste of the owner, and pays attention to quality and service, with good intentions. Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

AAnonymous UserThis is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

GGuest UserWhat started as a simple stopover on our trip turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

The next day I passed by and found that there were still a lot of parking spaces at the door at 10 o'clock. I don't know if the surrounding residents stopped at night. Need to communicate in advance.
The overall decoration of the room is relatively modern, with dry and wet separation, that is, the facilities are relatively scrawled, the faucet is installed in reverse, the heating I think is the portable type of hot air that is turned on, it is too late and I didn’t ask what the situation was. There is no heating cover in March. The quilt is still a bit cold.

I have a weakened immune system and I got rashes on my legs after staying in other hotels a few times before, but not in this hotel. The location is also very good, just opposite the train station
