Highly recommended! Five-star quality. The service and facilities are first-rate. The staff are warm and attentive, providing meticulous service. The facilities are comprehensive and the environment is clean and tidy. The hotel proactively upgraded us to a family room with a unique themed layout, making our stay feel like home. Breakfast is plentiful, with complimentary dishes like wontons, dumplings, beef noodles, tomato and egg noodles, and sauerkraut noodles delivered to your room. Free drinks (coffee, milk, orange juice, soy milk, milk tea, honey and grapefruit tea) are provided throughout your stay, and free laundry service is also provided.

It really deserves to be a hotel with a good reputation. Because I was traveling with my baby, the hotel was afraid that the room I booked would be under elevator repair and it would cause noise. The front desk lady upgraded me to a suite for free and even called to ask if it would disturb me and the baby. She was really thoughtful. There were also baby slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, toys and fruits. The hotel staff also sent goodnight milk in the evening. Breakfast was provided even though I didn't order it when booking the room. Because the hotel had just opened a few days after the Chinese New Year, it took a long time to get hot water. The hotel staff was really responsible and even asked someone to fix it in the evening. When I left the next day, the lady at the front desk gave me a gift. The important thing is that there is a free airport pick-up service, and the airport staff helped me with my luggage, which is really service-oriented. It is also beautiful to take pictures of the night view from the hotel. It is the first time I bring my baby to visit relatives far away. All the services of the hotel feel so warm. My baby and I like it very much. Golmud is very good, and the Yellow River International Hotel is very good. I will come again next time and stay here again. Because you deserve five-star praise!

The front desk staff are very enthusiastic to greet you. There are people at the door to help with the luggage. The front desk check-in is fast and introduces many value-added services of the hotel. The gym and billiard hall are free to experience. The room facilities are complete. The key is that there is air conditioning and oxygen, which makes it very peaceful to sleep at night. I got up late the next day thinking that there would be no breakfast, so I went to have a look. I didn't expect that there was a meal. The taste was very good and rich. 此次入住非常驚喜，充分感受到了西北人民的熱情。 看到有小朋友，給我們免費升級了親子房，房間佈置非常童心，各種細節做的非常好，小童拖鞋，小童用品，孩子特別高興。還送了酸奶和當地特產的奶製品和牛肉乾等。 住的非常舒服，乾淨整潔，細節到位，全屋供氧，設施完善。 早餐樣式豐富，口味好，我們九點後去的，食物還很豐富，本來説是九點半閉餐，但是由於還有人在用餐，沒有絲毫催促，十點收餐前還挨個桌詢問是否需要取餐，然後才收的。 酒店的管理很好，服務讓人特別舒服，所有的服務員都特別熱情。主動幫我們拎箱子送上樓，用餐後還有服務員幫按電梯，我們退完房，在沙發上等車時，還有服務員給我們送上茶水，非常貼心。 酒店活動豐富，有斯諾克還有健身房，都是免費的，我們太累了就沒有去體驗。 最後退房的時候，前台又送了伴手禮：酒店自己產的黑枸杞。我真的特別感動，這又吃又帶的，像是回老家探親的感覺，住的也特別舒服，會推薦給所有身邊的朋友，來格爾木一定住這裏。

酒店客服非常好，當天就給我打電話問我們幾點抵達，幫我們把加濕器打，讓我們舒服的睡個好覺。因為第二天很早離開，特別為了我們提早開始餐廳讓我們吃飽，離開時還送我們枸杞。下次走青海環線還是會選擇格爾木黃河國際酒店

黃河國際大酒店是我遇見top3的酒店，酒店人員都非常的親切友好，且服務管理水平都是非常專業的。到了酒店因為房間還沒檢查完畢，贈送我們去大堂的咖啡廳喝了杯咖啡，現磨咖啡味道不錯。天氣熱，我下午出去買了個西瓜，請客房經理幫我們切一下，三個房間，分了三個盤子，令人驚喜的人西瓜還幫我們冷藏了一下才切的，保持最佳口感，真是細緻入微。客房有氧氣供應，早餐也非常豐富。因為一家酒店，我們會想念格爾木哈！
