Nothing very special, normal hotel, breakfast was ok-ish, ok for a good rest. The hotel management was very understanding when we had to cancel one night due to some transportation issues.they were useful with info about the surroundings. We would stay there again if we come to Golmud.

385價格的親子三人間，還是套間，含三份早餐，比較豐富，進屋就送了三份酸奶，早上還免費送機。送機小師傅服務特別周到。性價比極高，推薦！

早上7點過打電話喊挪車，結果一看根本不用，一看頭天晚上很多位置都沒讓我停，強烈不滿。衞生間的浴房門壞的不敢洗，早餐垃圾。

酒店提供免費接送站服務，但不是24小時服務，僅限8:30~18:30。
其實在酒店不提供接送站服務的時間段，出租車很少，格爾木網上約車又沒人應答，衹能火車站排隊出租車或馬路上去招手打車，在最需要接送站服務的時間段，酒店卻不提供。希望酒店及時修改服務時間
