Borrman Hotel (General's Building Park Branch)

The room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet which had a strong, unpleasant odor. They really need to pay more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise, there weren't any other major issues. The rooms on the side facing the road got very hot from being exposed to the sun all day; the hallway was actually cooler than the room. The main thing is they need to improve their hygiene.

The room was large and spacious, and it felt bright and airy as soon as you entered. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel was conveniently located with easy access to transportation. You could easily hail a taxi right outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

I originally booked a king room, but the window faced the corridor, which I didn't like. The receptionist upgraded me to a superior twin room for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the facilities were fully automated. For this price, I was surprised by the quality of the hotel; I was very satisfied. All the hotel staff were warm and friendly. It was a great stay and I would recommend it.

The hotel is newly opened with a simple yet elegant decor, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The rooms are spacious with ample heating, and the bathrooms feature a separate shower and toilet area, which is excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and provided great service. Breakfast and a self-service laundry are also available. I only stayed one night for my business trip, but overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend it. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip. Thumbs up! 👍

There was practically no service. The sheets and duvet cover seemed like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest. I had a rash on my skin; the amenities were very poor. There wasn't even a hair tie. The heating wasn't working properly; it stopped working at 11 PM.

Leaving aside the question of hygiene, what could have chewed on it? Unbelievable.

The hotel rooms need improvement in cleanliness, the breakfast was average, the service was okay, and overall it was passable.

Because of a tight schedule, I booked this hotel in advance. There's parking available, and banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. With the recent temperature rise, nights without air conditioning were unbearable. I booked an oxygen room, but was assigned to the top floor (6th floor). With the afternoon sun and being on the top floor, entering the room felt like having a heater or a small electric heater on. The front desk added a fan, and even with the window open and two fans blowing, it wasn't cool at all. It felt like sleeping on a heated kang bed all night. The next day, I promptly moved to a room on the second floor. The room temperature was lower, but the oxygen room they gave me was replaced with one without oxygen, without prior notice. Since I was too tired and returned late, I didn't bother changing it. However, I had already paid for the room in advance on Ctrip, so I couldn't apply for a refund. Also, the hotel restaurant was extremely small. Everyone was rushing to their schedules early, and breakfast only opened at 7 am, resulting in everyone standing and crammed together to eat, which was a very unpleasant experience. I recommend checking the weather and your itinerary in advance and choosing carefully. Because I was in a rush, I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel; this is just my personal experience for reference.
