Comfortable hotel, has halal option for breakfast. No air conditioner but can open the window. Golmud is cool during night time, so the room did not feel hot.

房間衞生差，前台服務態度差，網上提前幾小時訂房，到店説沒有房，前台對客人愛搭不理，不積極處理，讓客人自己處理，最後墨跡半天才處理

房間設施陳舊，櫃子都爛了，地毯也是到處污漬毛髮，浴巾發黑，浴室也沒有乾濕分離，淋浴在馬桶和櫃子之間狹小的空間！雖然是暑假，價格高一點可以理解，但酒店衞生確實太差了，價格和實際品質不符！更離譜的是整個格爾木市酒店價格高得離譜，普通賓館都能上千，是錢迷了眼嗎！！！真的是挺敗好感的，來之前聽説格爾木作為縣級市是青海的第二大城市，以為酒店等相關服務應該很齊全完善，但真是沒想到出現這種情況！

房間沒有水，給前台打電話問提供水嗎？他們説提供，讓他們給送水，到第二天退房也沒收到水，問他們要被子説滿房沒有多餘的，可以理解，不給送水挺生氣的，房間也沒有給準備牙具！
