The front desk is more enthusiastic, and they provide information and practical help efficiently about travel, surrounding facilities, food and other things, and replenishing items in the room. Special services also include very low prices for watching movies and good breakfasts. The airport pick-up service is also very thoughtful. A new hotel that I am willing to be a repeat customer after staying there.

The overall evaluation of Licheng Courtyard Tianmu Geermu Hotel is good, but the room is too small, only about 20 square meters, not more than 30 square meters. The Qinghai-Tibet line trip lasted 11 days, and this was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The hardware is not luxurious but it is sufficient, and the service is impeccable. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The location of the hotel is OK. The parking lot is shared with the cinema. When there are many people, there are no parking spaces. I live on the second floor, and the cinema is also on the second floor. It is crowded and mixed. At first glance, it is quite warm. But the hygiene is worrying. The cigarette butts and tissues in the bathroom are not cleaned up, and there are beverage bottles under the curtains. It is not worth the price at all. The shower head is broken. For a price close to 400 yuan, you should at least be able to solve the problem of washing. The children can't wash at night. I reported it to the front desk, and he said directly that he would report it. What do I need you to report? ! I need you to solve the problem. You reported it, but I left. Who should I report it to? Shouldn't I arrange a new room where I can wash? I came from Xining and stayed in four or five hotels along the way, with all kinds of prices. Your hotel is the dirtiest, but the price is the highest. It can only be described as a mess. I will never recommend it to my friends.
