I have been to Golmud many times on business. This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The overall feeling is really good. Whether it is the cleanliness or the service attitude, I am very satisfied. Plus the breakfast is quite appetizing. Recommended

The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and you can see the Kunlun Mountains in the distance. 可以説是格爾木旅遊，尤其是獨立嚮導帶團出遊的旅行集散地了，地理位置也挺方便，離火車站很近，周邊的美食娛樂都挺豐富的，但是相較於格爾木而言了，這是不要拿這裏跟一二線城市相比背後就有一個公園裡麪還有免費的籃球場

酒店房除了沒有空調以外，其他都很好。入住時有行多散客臨時看房，又有很多人在前台辦入住，前台都忙不過來。酒店位置不錯，附近有步行街，十字路口斜對面有很多餐廳和特產店。

酒店衞生評級C，住的那層樓樓道一股臭味，住的房間衞生間裏有臭味，這些我都將就了，不能忍受的是半夜兩點多這個在我床頭的開關插座裏面燒了還是爆了，一會“啪”的聲響爆一下，裏面電光火石的閃出來，我三點打電話給前台，派了個保安走了個過場（保安和我説他不懂），也沒有任何方案和措施，這是個安全隱患，我老婆孩子都在隔壁睡，我怕它會燒起來，就一直沒睡，等到早上5點多終於不爆了，我咪一會，直到我都退房了居然沒有任何負責人來和我交代處理這件事，攜程介入後居然還一副理直氣壯的回答無任何方案給到客户，要麼把線路拆下來拍個照片給客户，1200一晚的帶家人親子游的請避雷，使用攜程以來第一次的投訴和差評給到你，你值得擁有。
