Horrible service. The staff were quite rude and dragged their feet to attend to us. They also constantly tried to dupe us and charged 10,000 CFA for one small load of laundry. Overall poor experience, despite the pretty view of the beach. I don’t plan to return.

Plage idéale pour se reposer et se détendre. Les services annexes sont agréables comme le bar ou la restauration. D’autant plus que le personnel de service est rapide et agréable. Cependant la gérante peut parfois avoir des phrases déplaisantes sur la façon dont on doit régler l’addition, ce qui nous laisse alors sur une note négative.

L'hôtel aurait tout pour être un endroit parfait, mais il était simplement sale. La piscine était verte et trouble, impossible de voir le fond malgré sa faible profondeur. Les tables et les sièges autour de la piscine semblaient n'avoir pas été nettoyés depuis longtemps, et aucune tentative de nettoyage n'a été faite pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. Un sachet d'eau vide a été découvert sous mon lit, témoignant du manque de temps du personnel pour effectuer un nettoyage approprié des chambres. Le mobilier présentait des signes avancés de vétusté, avec certaines chaises complètement endommagées (le plastique ne résiste pas bien dans la région), mais elles étaient toujours mises à disposition pour une prétendue "utilisation". Avec un effort minimal, l'endroit pourrait être excellent. On dirait que la direction s'est reposée sur ses lauriers du passé et n'accorde plus aucune attention à l'entretien et à la propreté des installations.
