I do it quick: + They clean the rooms everyday + Pool is clean + Near the beach Now the bad stuff. - Personal just 2 men was nice. The rest was very arrogant. A thin lady who work at the desk and the Pool bar was extremly arrogant. - Drinking stuff. The Water is more warm then cold. When you like coffee you just get for the ( All Inlcusive ) price very little one. When you want bigger you must pay. You want ice cream you must pay. - Eating. Every day the same. I was 4 days there and just 1 day they bring something else. The rest is Pasta with tomate sauce ( Taste everyday same like they just heated) rice with seafood and french fries. - Snack time. They make something like Petulla. So when you not waiting there in 10 minutes they dont have much food and they dont do more. I come 15 minutes after they open the snack bar. 2 of 3 Boxex was empty. When i ask they told me its finish they dont bring new stuff. - Fire Security. The one was out of Service. How this can happend in a Hotel?? - Pool area and the front of the hotel. TAKE CARE!!! ITS VERY VERY DANGEROUS AND SLIPPERY!! - They dont have baby seats - A/C dont work like it should. I pay for All Inclusive but the money was not worth. I never come back here again. I told my friends who come here to dont come. I also talk with my Travel Agency i booked because there ist nesrly nothing good. Me and my friend must ho to hospital to take Infusion because we get something from the food. You have a good place but you ruined. The Personal is to arrogant and when you dont understand what they say and you ask they got a little aggressive. Im sorry but never ever i go here. I better pay more money and got a real hotel.

Boutique hotel running with passion by lovely family. Special thanks to Hotel Manager-Mrs. Besmira, who made our stay comfortable. Hotel staff very kind, helpful with client approach Food was good, however I was expecting more mediterranean dishes :) Great macchiato from the bar in restaurant part, tasty wine and absolutely delicious fig confiture (homemade)! Beach bar near the sea Hotel is under construction, so if we want to come back to Albania again I would pick again Garden Palace to see the progress :) People in this hotel is a real value! Guys, put some small wardrobes or at least small cabinet in the room as it was not so comfortable to keep all clothes in the suitcase:) All the best for all of you! :) Karolina

Let me start from the beginning, in front of the hotel and around it there is a ubiquitous smell of septic tanks that can be felt on the balconies in the rooms and bathrooms after opening the window. The service is nice and friendly, the rooms are very poor, there are no doors or anything separating the children's room from ours, just a hole in the wall, a permanently installed shower without a cabin, water is pouring all over the bathroom, the air conditioning is old and has an unpleasant smell, the ladies clean every day but only give 2 large and 2 large ones. small floor towels for 4 people, you have to ask for more at the reception. Very poor food, poor selection, good coffee, unfortunately many people suffer from enteritis, fever, nausea. About 100 m to the beach by road and through the parking lot, on the beach there are 3 rows of deckchairs in front of the beach bar, unfortunately occupied by local Albanians, especially those by the sea, unfortunately the hotel staff does nothing about it 😔 but overall the sea is dirty and also smells of septic tanks due to the outlet the sewage pipe to the sea is 50 m on the right side, so it's better to go to another place, but then it's far from the bar😁 overall, I don't recommend this place at all. Albania is the worst of my holidays so far!!!

Bij aankomst 9.00 konden we meteen naar onze ruime, nieuwe, schone kamer. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en wisselen linnen. Vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt, mooi zwembad, lokatie dicht bij privéstrand. I.v.m late vlucht konden we tot 15.00 uur op onze kamer blijven. Kortom, zeer tevreden, fijn verblijf gehad.

Hotel porażka. Ocenia się na 4 gwiazdki. Ja osobiście dała bym jedną. Nie jestem wybredna, ale za taką cenę jest naprawdę dużo lepszych hoteli. Nie ma plusów. Minusy- słaby wybór jedzenia, na śniadaniu braki na wszystko trzeba czekać. Talerze brudne, stoliki brudne, krzesła brudne. Leżaki przy basenie bez materacy, w pokoju grzyb- pokój 109.. Basen chyba nie czyszczony, przynajmniej ja tego nie zauważyłam. W restauracji nie ma szklanych kubków do herbaty czy kawy. Ogólnie jedzenie nie smaczne. Na plaży śmierdzi kanaliza. Leżaki syf . Ogólnie nie polecam.

Niestety, opinie poprzednikòw zupełnie wiarygodne. Pokoje Ok. Basen Ok. Recepcja- w porządku. Cała reszta- na pewno nie zasługuje na 4 *. Największa porażka to kuchnia!!! Dania zimne. Na kolację to samo, co na obiad. Wszystkiego małe ilości. Nie dokładają, jeśli coś się kończy- najlepiej przychodzić, gdy posiłek się zaczyna. Poprosiłam o czarną herbatę, bo się skończyła- kelner powiedział, że nie ma, ale wczoraj była. Podobnie z napojami w barze- nie ma. Tymczasem stoją one sobie niewypakowane w pomieszczeniach gospodarczych w całkiem sporych ilościach. Brak menu dla dzieci- frytki, kurczaki. To, co ma udawać frytki, jest nie do zaakceptowania przez dzieci. Dlatego przy opcji all trzeba dojadać na mieście- na szczęście jest gdzie. Obsługa w barze i restauracji pracuje tam chyba za karę- nieuprzejmi i mało zaangażowani. Trzeba zwracać uwagę i prosić, żeby raczyli przetrzeć stół. Nie polecam. Ani hotelu, ani kraju, który zupełnie nie przystosował się pod wzgl. Infrastruktury do najazdu turystów.., Transfer do hotelu z lotniska trwa dłużej niż lot samolotem z Polski- takie potworne korki na ulicach. To mój pierwszy i ostatni raz w tym kraju, a hotelu zdecydowanie nie polecam, choć nie jestem wymagająca i wiele widziałam na różnych wyjazdach.

Hotel mały, ale ładny. Minus, że pomiędzy pokojem dzieci, a naszym nie ma drzwi. W pokoju dzieci brak stolika nocnego, dzieci nie mają nawet gdzie postawić kubka z wodą czy szczoteczki do zębów. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półeczki, a prysznic jest bez szyby, co powoduje, że po kąpieli zalana jest cała podłoga i muszlą toaletowa. Jesteśmy od 4 dni i pościel nie była zmieniona. Mała buteleczka szamponu i żelu pod prysznic na 4 osoby na dzień to za mało. Dobrze, że mamy swój żel i szampon. Papier toaletowy jednowarstwowy wydzielany jakby był ze złota. Miniaturowe kubki na soki i wodę przy dystrybutorach i w restauracji. Nie ma sensu w nich zanosić wody dzieciom na noc do pokoju, bo kubek jest na 6 łyczków. Kupiliśmy swoją wodę w pobliskim sklepie, chociaż mamy opcję all inclusive. Plaża hotelowa duża, ale leżaki poplamione. Na szczęście darmowe leżaki i parasole. Winda zacina się na dwie - trzy sekundy między piętrami, boję się nią jeździć. Gaśnice na korytarzach z napisem "out od service" to hit. Plusem jest jedzenie, które jest smaczne, ale bardzo mały wybór. Pracownicy starają się, ale rodzina właścicieli cały czas obecna i ich obserwuje więc nie mają czasu na odpoczynek.

Hotel położony blisko morza, na plus zasługują wygodne łóżka, jeżeli chodzi o łazienki to jakaś totalna porażka, toaleta umieszczona prawie pod prysznicem, brak kotary oddzielającej oraz ściągaczki do wody także po kąpieli cała łazienka pływa. W pokoju niesprawny telewizor po czterokrotnym zgłoszeniu nieprawidłowości właściciel postanowił rozwiązać problem i zabrać go z pokoju nawet nie próbując zorganizować innego w zamian. Pomimo i tak mega skromnej opcji ALL musieliśmy zacząć się stołować na mieście jedzenie okazało się totalną porażką aby uniknąć ponownego zatrucia pokarmowego nie było innego wyjścia. Ilości są niewystarczające dla wszystkich gości, trzeba się prosić o uzupełnianie co i tak nie zawsze jest robione, zapomnijcie o owocach (poza kilkoma jabłkami i nektarynkami), deserach (poza pokrojonymi w kosteczkę 2x2cm niedobrymi ciastami codziennie takimi samymi) ogóle o ilościach i różnorodności jakie się zna z innych krojów. Hotel ewidentnie nastawiony na oszczędzanie kosztem turystów. Nie polecam tego miejsca!
