I'll start with the positives: location by the beach, nice interior design (although there is not a single picture on the wall in the entire hotel), good food - a lot of it, although monotonous. Negatives: very loud music (concert sound system) attacks you every day with only Albanian music, until your ears hurt, sometimes until midnight. Sometimes the cacophony from three different sources - the pool, the beach bar, the neighboring hotel - forced us to escape from the hotel in a rented car. A real nightmare. All-inclusive customers are treated like third-rate. Apart from children's entertainment (twice a week), the hotel did not offer any entertainment for all-inclusive tourists. Quite the opposite, when it organized a performance, mostly vocal, it asked us to go to the other tables, because the priority was given to guests who paid for drinks. The only bar for all inclusive was tiny at the back exit to the pool where there was practically nothing except for the horrible Albanian fakes that were impossible to swallow. 3 alcohols - whiskey was their moonshine, gin was a cloudy liquid that tasted like the real thing, and vodka that you could drink with Sprite. The most interesting thing is that the alcohols were served from bottles, e.g. Chivas or Gordon's, Smirnov - so you don't even know what they're serving. The only good drink was red wine from a tap that you have to pour into a plastic cup for dinner - a nightmare. The restaurant, apart from glass, does not have small spoons - if you want yogurt, eat it with a fork and only in the dining room. You are not allowed to go outside with your food. The medium-sized pool does not have an outdoor shower - so bathing in sweat is unacceptable. In general, the hotel is large (although our room was 16 m2 and had three couches), the number of guests does not fit in the pool and the fenced hotel beach resembles a can of densely packed sardines. The fight for the towels for the sunbeds lasts from the early morning hours. In summary, I do not recommend it, unless someone likes hustle and bustle, noise, and cramped conditions. We will never go back there.
