Village by the Sea

Overall hotel was good, however you had to ask for your room to be cleaned and not enough toilet rolls provided had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was typical Albania not my cup of tea but wouldn't starve. Night staff Patrick was very accommodating even though didn't speak English. Resus at breakfast was really lovely and accommodating nothing too much trouble for her. Hotel great location the beach was very dirty and full of litter which was a cross the road 4 mins walk. Think I would return.

A small, cozy hotel located in the peaceful and quiet Golem district, just 200 meters from the beach. The hotel features an excellent restaurant offering Italian cuisine. It is managed by wonderful, helpful, and kind people. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the entire place is spotless. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation in tranquility, surrounded by fantastic people. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is the ugliest hotel i’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen a service this BAD. A Buffet was promised when I reserved the rooms in this hotel, even tho it was never there. One night the only option for dinner was pizza and the food that we got was always cold. Once I found a fly in my food, which I took a picture of. They had the same food every day which was only pasta and melons. The „free“ drinks added are only for juices they bought in the store next door. We had to pay for a Coca Cola, which we had to wait, for what felt like ten years, to get and a trillion years to even pay for them. THE DRINKS WERE ONLY TWO COCA COLA CANS is it really that difficult to offer a good service? On one day we wanted to go to our RESERVED and PAID beach umbrellas, however, each were already occupied. It turned out that the hotel was poorly organized and promised two families the same umbrellas. Not even the room service was acceptable. On the first day I found a big ass stain on the floor which was brown (I have a picture of that too). Even after we told the receptionist the stain was still not cleaned. The cleaning staff did not even come once to the room to clean it and that’s DISGUSTING. We had to ask on our own for toilet paper cause they were busy talking and eating chips instead of doing their job. Everyone in this place is unsympathetic, bad-tempered, arrogant and cocky.
