We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. We have always found the rooms very very clean. 7 days a week the cleaner came in , replacing used towels , making beds etc. The beds are comfortable which is a big plus. There is a small fridge in each room. The staff have always gone out of their way to be polite and helpful, Manager Martin always a pleasure to deal with. On my first visit with my husband we arrived from the UK at 3.30 in the morning and were surprised to be given a trolley load of food kept chilled and wrapped up, a very thoughtful gesture. As for entertainment going in early May means the season hasn't officially started. We make our own entertainment and this year we're pleased to have had some Romanian guests wanting to join in our quiz and our Kareoke. I can't say if there is any live entertainment put on when the main season starts as not been at that time of year. Food is plentiful and a good variety, something for everyone ..there is a microwave available if anyone wants to heat up their dinner as I heard a few people complaining the food was cold. Suggestion that they leave the lids on the trays. Pool area is very nice always spotless. Poolside bar open all day. All in all a very relaxing hotel We will all be back September.

I think was the most disappointing holiday ever. The food was horrible, same every day, honestly cut the dill people, not everyone likes it. And not the dill was the problem, very low quality food, and so very little option, my daughter by the end of the stay throw up from the smell. Now the rooms, when I enter the room, was relatively clean, but when I enter the room the shower curtain was very dirty, like, 100 y used never washed dirty. I asked to be changed, and the cleaner came with an bleach spray trying to clean it, I had to go out from the room because of the smell. After asking again to have it changed she put another one a bit cleaner. Also they are not changing towels every day, in 7 days she never changed bed sheets, abd she cleaned the room once after asking the reception twice, first time the glasses boy from reception told me that I need to put the sign on the door, please make my room, I did, but she only changed towels, second time I've complained to the manager, actually my husband did, and she hovered, but her smiling face made my day, it was like I was asking something out of order, not something I've payed for. Now the pool, the water normal, full of bleach like all the pools, the entertainment is so bad, the Indian song haunts me even now, and the games, two girls that barely speaks English, tried, but honestly I hope they are not dreaming of becoming actresses as n9t much talent there. And the sitting chairs by the pool, so dirty, like so dirty, food on the floor, mattress stained horrible. So please stop take advantage of people, this is an 2 start hotel, maybe 3 if I'm on a good side, but never 4.

Rooms are fine, can't say the same about bathroom. No chance to have a good food there. Hotel should have 2 or 3 star's not 4. Very disappointed. All inclusive but no chance to have something between lunch and Dinner because Bulgarians neighbours nearly fight who will be first near pizza and take more food

The whorst experience I ever had in Bulgaria. This hotel is very well promoted but with some fake pictures , the food is orible very very poor . Is my second night from 7 and I am going out for lunch and dinner with all inclusive payd. The food is well known what is all inclusive but I did not found something good in 2 days and the food is reused for 2 days in row with small ajustment changing the sos. Chicken test like fish orrible , pasta cold extremly cold, soup no taste and no meat even is posted as soup with pork dices. Ruth or extremley ruth receptionist night receptionist . One towell for 4 persons, pool to small and drinks open bottles for days. I can continue this list but better no. No phone in 4 star hotel

I just spent 4 days with my family and just once cleaner ask if she can clean room but nobody clean my family bedrooms for 4 days. Food was awful, not tasty and very small choice. I spoke with some people who stayed at the hotel and they complained about horrible food as well anc cleaners. This hotel shouldn't have 4 start, I've been in many hotels around Europe and the same standard been in a 3 stars hotel, our 4* hotels been amazing.

We are not demanding when the price is reasonable, but there! Horrible experience we asked to be relocated after 3 days, it's only a 2 star at most! For a 4* which boasts decent rooms in these photos, we found ourselves in a real cave with a tiny balcony with air conditioning (which heats) and a chair. We asked for 400 euros for another room. The food is bad, the hygiene rules are not there, the cold is hot and the hot is cold. The swimming pool is small and everything is dirty, and so lonely and slippery that my daughter fell and was very hurt. Only the entrance to the hotel is renovated gives a good effect. Ok not very expensive but don't make it seem like a dream thanks to your photos! No French like everywhere, ok no problem... not very friendly. We were relocated to the Mirabelle, nothing to see, 4* stars but this time no disappointment! The hotel is surrounded by hotels, it's suffocating, and we are far from everything (20 minutes from the beach and shops). I strongly advise against it!

We are very pleased with the hotel. We were there September 9-16, 2022 We arrived in the morning at 9 o’clock. At 11:30 they put on our bracelets and offered us drinks. Lunch at 12:30. The room at 13-30 was on the 5th floor (there is an elevator), they are the same there - for 2 adults and a child. Everything worked, no complaints. Hairdryer, soap, paper, liquid gel shampoo are available. If you treat the maid well, the answer is always a smile - towels were changed every day (3 pieces for each person), everything you needed was reported, we didn’t ask for cleaning every day. The hotel has beach towels, but we only got them 2 times - probably people don’t return them. Huge gratitude to the Hotel and the Managers - when we rented out the room, they didn’t cut off the bracelets, we had lunch, took ice cream and coffee, we could have had dinner - but we decided that we didn’t need to go on the road. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel and rooms. There is audibility between the rooms - but it was normal for us, the neighbors did not interfere much. I am very pleased with the food - of course they don’t serve lobster, but there is a large selection. Breakfast: eggs in several types, sausages, ham, several types of cheese, olives, vegetables, pastries, delicious puff pastry with cheese, cereal and yoghurt, jam, Nutella, drinks. Lunch and Dinner - 2 types of soup, 3-4 types of side dishes, 3-4 types of meat and fish (chicken and pork, excellent cutlets), vegetables and salads, cheese, olives, cakes (several types), drinks, including wine and beer, fruits - apples, plums, peaches, watermelon, grapefruit. The waiters constantly remove dirty dishes - there are a lot of plates, cutlery, and napkins. I don’t understand people who shovel MOUNTAINS onto a plate and then throw it away. Well, go and get some more - no one forbids you, they bring you food if you run out. Soft serve ice cream is available at lunch and at the pool bar. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available all day. I didn’t like the juices (they were powdered or something, but I bought them in the store, they were average in price and also bad). At 5 p.m., snack - puff pastries and cookies. You can go down to the sea along the steps between the hotels (the climb is high, but after such a meal) - yes, there is a small area where there are trash cans, but they are closed, not everything is so bad. Or you can go around on the road, in approximately the same time. Then there are 2 options - if you were let through the Riviera (such as a beach club), then you are at the sea 7 minutes after the hotel (after the stairs to the right, go through the stop and through the gate). If they didn’t let you in (they didn’t let us in once in 7 days), then take a detour - then it’s 15-20 minutes from the hotel, but you can go to the same Riviera beach - it’s good there, and back through their gate. The beach is beautiful, clean sand, the sea is also clean, there are showers and changing rooms. Sunbeds are paid (25 levs), we were lying in the free zone. The pool is not heated, when the air temperature is 28-30, it is good, but not too big - you can cool off in it, but there is no place to swim for a long time, it is clean. Sun beds, bar, nice music. We were not interested in animation. From the hotel, down the stairs and to the left we went to the embankment, there are many shops and cafes - to take a walk and buy souvenirs. And there were no mosquitoes at all.
