The hotel is a bit old but the food and the animtors were the best, especially Kati, Ilko and Chefo, they played the most entertaining games for kids and also for adults or teenagers, i also liked the bartenders, they were very friendly and fast. I will definitely come back!

Had a one bedroom apartment with partial sea and partial pool view, lovely space. Good WiFi, decent food. Staff OK, cleaning random. Poor choice of all inclusive drinks, just the basics. Afternoon snack bar poor system where people can take most of a new pizza making people wait for the next one, should limit it to 2 slices. Golden Sands lovely, promenade 3 minute walk from hotel. Would not return due to drinks choices.

Apartment structure was great, 2 separate rooms (1 living room and 1 bedroom), small hallway, bathroom and balcony. Enough space and clean. Pool is big but the water is very cold, don't understand why they call it "heated pool". In 5 days I went into the pool maybe 2 times. Entertainment is average at best. Meals are decent, but very low selection. Exception was Saturday night dinner. Coffee is not good (instant coffee only). Snack bar is having the same dishes every day (pizza , fries and crispy). 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, where you have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas (36 leva per day). Bar is average, all drinks are local.

Honestly, everything was perfect from the weather to the staff(beside 1), the food was plenty and diverse, the room was big and very homey. Probably that's what I liked the most, that the apartment felt like home even if we didn't stay much. The drinks were good, initially I thought they were of low quality but then I bought some from the supermarket and they were pretty much the same, so I believe it's just the difference of materials from country to country.

It is the fourth time we are are coming here. Spacious rooms, every day cleaning. The food is various and one can have plenty options. Excellent massage team Marian and Nisi makes you fell like reborn. Excellent services overall. Many thanks to the entire team!

Very nice and welcoming people. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean too, provided shampoo and shower gel. The beach is at 2 min walk distance, but unfortunately it’s a private one from another hotel. Until u get to the Free zone (where u can use blankets) u have to walk 5-10 min. The food was Also Good and various. Would definetly recommend.

The hotel was very nice. The ladies of reception were very considerate,always smiling. All the personal was great. The rooms are nice, but the beds are uncomfortable. The food was very good,tasty. Overall it was a pleasent experience.
