Its a very big hotel that is the heart of golden sand, when this might suits lot of people i would say its mainly for people who like ******** and its a hotel that is 24 hours alive, the buffet is very good and the young girl in the reception with curly hair is outstanding ( can’t recall her name unfortunately) she did help a lot in every single aspect, the hotel is good if you looking for a place in the heart of golden sand but be prepared for a big crowd for breakfast and around the elevators and most facilities, the coffee capsules are not free which is not acceptable for 5* hotel, the reason i guess is to buy coffee from the costa coffee at the lobby area, the lack of separation between our balcony and the balcony next door is annoying because we had cigarettes smoke constantly entering the room, also there was no privacy in the balcony. Overall it was a decent stay for a place like Varna where there isn’t much choice.

We had a holiday above our expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff, a wide variety of breakfasts and dinners in the restaurants, especially the infinity pool on the 3rd floor. There were many cafes and restaurants around the hotel for both shopping and having a good time in the evenings.

They charge you 5 bgn for printing a few sheets of document, what a joke. You better not speak bulgarian with them, the service will be terrible. Apparently, only foreigners are treated well. In any normal hotel you will not be charged a cent for such a small thing.

Great rooms, nice looking hotel and very good location. No beach connected, pool is expensive you need to pay for the deds near the pool and the bar prices are tripel then outside. The food not close to 5 stars, salat leafs every morning was gray and not fresh. Great hotel for ****** players who dont care about the food and the sea. Me next time will choose somthing else i was sure the 5 star is as others hotels i been in eu...
