Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 630. Eggs finally brought out at 645. Gravy at 7. Biscuits at 710. We finally left at 730 and bacon/sausage was never brought out. Cook walked down the hallway at 710 didn’t show back up for over 10 minutes.

Had a late flight coming into Denver needed a place to stay before going up the mountain. Great place for our over night stay at an excellent rate!
Room was clean, staff was friendly and great breakfast bar. Would definitely stay again

The staff was helpful during my stay. The only negative was the elevator did not work properly, which caused me to use the stairs most of the time.

When we got to our room and checked in it was an overwhelming musty smell in the room. I noticed that the window was cracked open so it's obviously something they were aware of. In the bathroom there was mildew and mold in all the grout and on the ceiling in the bathroom which had recently been repaired but not finished from a previous water leak. There was not vent fan in the bathroom so it's obvious that's how it got in the condition it was. There was trash all over the hallways and it looked like the hotel had not been cleaned.
Went to use the hot tub and it was about the same temp as the pool which was also littered with trash and dirty towels laying all over. The elevator floors were sticky and had not been cleaned for some time and one was broken and would not go to the top floor of the hotel but was "ok" to service the other floors.
Overall very disappointing stay as we have stayed here several times before in previous years. I'm assuming management switched and the decline in maintenance and cleanliness is very noticeable.

Great hotel. Phenomenal breakfast with many options. Pancakes, omeletes, sausages, pastries and many more. Very good price, hotel clean, room very spacious, staff very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub.

Never able to get the complimentary breakfast any of the 4 days we stayed. Tried variety of times, always "Out of food but we have more cooking" Stayed sometimes 30 minutes, never saw more food. The luggage trolleys were broken down and not usable. Staff was friendly, but severly overworked.

This is a great place to stay west of Denver before heading to the mountains. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Would stay again!

Beds were very uncomfortable and overall cleanliness was poor. Large red stain on wall(assuming and hoping it was from gum) and lots of hair. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Steam from shower set off fire alarm. Breakfast was a disaster. Terrible layout and almost everything was gone at 7:30. Will not be returning.
