This was our second time staying here as a family, and honestly, it was just as great as the first. The staff are so friendly and welcoming – always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely kind. You can really feel they care, which makes such a difference. The food? Still amazing. Every meal was delicious, and there was always something for everyone, even the picky eaters. Big thumbs up from all of us. The rooftop pool is a dream – beautiful views, great vibe, and perfect for relaxing. We spent a lot of time up there. Overall, the atmosphere is just really nice and relaxed. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable. We’re so glad we came back and already talking about when we’ll come again!

Great hotel excellent service very good meals comfortable rooms bathroom lighting needs upgrade and has no facial tissue the sink was cracked and left like that The spa was superb the best I love to go back to this hotel with out hesitation The location is super in the center of the town and close to stores and restaurants The pool on top of the hotel is great view and service

Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.
