We just LOVED this recently remodeled hotel. The saunas and thermal pools were so clean and luxurious! And everything included in the price, including the extensive breakfast and dinner buffets, make this place a real deal. Elegant and very clean, with comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff. One of our favorite hotel experiences, anywhere.

We stayed 1 night in Thermo Vital in January. The cleanliness of the hotel is unbelievably clean. The breakfast is open buffet and very tasty. A lady brings dinner to your table right down to your dessert, and it's delicious. But the most missing aspect is that dinner is given very little, you don't get full, I think they make a limited number of meals for those who make dinner reservations. I think eating out is very unreasonable. The pool could be a little cleaner. The pool is warm and clean until 12 in the morning, but after 12 it is mixed and the water is dirty and cold. They could be a little more involved in the spa section. Other than that, it's a very quiet hotel.

14-16-mart-2025 tarihlerinde kaldık havadan dolayı şansımıza yaz tatili gibi oldu , 4 puan verdim çünkü kusursuz mükemmel demek belki abartı olurdu ama herşey çok çok iyiydi. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitli idi . Cuma c.tesi akşamları çok güzel canlı müzik vardı .Yalova termaldeki otellerin sorunu yetersiz m2 ler olmalı doğal olarak hepsi alan yetersizliği çekiyor .Dışardaki havuz da bu nedenle yarı olimpik olmasa da yine de yeterli ve iyi idi sağ olsunlar talebe göre dış havuz süresini kapanış saatine bakmaksızın uzatıyorlar ki cuma c.tesi akşamlarıda bu nedenle uzattılar .Önemli artı olarak banyoda karşıdan karşıya çamaşır asmak için toplanabilen bir ip yapmışlar ki genelde termal otellerde mayo asacak yer bulamıyoruz bu harikaydı tek sıkıntı banyoda duş alırken perde vs olmamasından her yer su oluyor ve kuruması da çok zaman aldığından maalesef banyo su içinde kalıyor en azından duş perdesi konabilir .Son olarak tüm personele ilgi ve güler yüzlülüklerinden dolayı çok teşekkürler .İyi bir hafta sonuydu.

Ormanın içinde termal ilçesinde kaplıcalar bölgesinde muhteşem doğasıyla eşsiz bir otelde yaptığımız unutulmaz bir tatildi. Güleryüzlü personeli kapalı termal havuzu ,türk hamamı spa merkezi ve sibel hanım 'ın lezzetli açık büfe kahvaltısına bayıldım. Özellikle su bòregi harikaydı. Teşekkürler vital hotel ekibi.
