As I arrived, around 11am the room was ready. Terrible smell of cigarettes. I requested a different room. I was waiting around 3 hours got the room, but I spend time in SPA,so not problems at all:) The next room was nice,but the smells of cigarettes persisted. I'm a not smoker, I smell it very well. Room quite outdated, dirt In a bathroom. Dinner was cheap and quite nice:) breakfast also, good choice, food on my taste.Turkish coffee on demand. Staff very polite and friendly, unfortunately, again, very basic English. The best part of this hotel is their SPA an very professional masseuse's.A big, big, special thanks for a Wicky, she's great!!! One of the best massaged I had in my life ( and I had a lot:))

Sıcak ve samimi bir ortam sağlanmış. Söylemeden geçemeyeceğim tüm koltuk ve sandalyeler çok rahat. Yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetli. Sadece Şef Kaan beyin yemeklerini yemek için bile gelinebilir. Restorant çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Resepsiyondan Aslı hanıma da çok teşekkür ediyorum yardımsever davranışlarından dolayı. Otel genel olarak temiz ve ferah. Konforlu ve dinlendirici vakit geçirdik

Отель очень старается для гостей. Мне с сыном дали номер с двумя кроватями - даже просить не пришлось. Вкусные завтраки, чистое белье, тапочки, полотенца, халаты-без ограничений по запросу. Спа-центр комфортный, но нужно просить регулировать температуру: или сауна холодная, или бассейн слишком горячий. Но, сразу реагируют. Dunya, мастер спа прекрасный профессионал и очень дружелюбная! Отелю желаю процветания, а также найти бюджет на реновацию - наш номер 306 был прям уставший. А так все хорошо, рекомендую.

Her şeyi ile çok beğendim. Otelin olanakları ve konumun çok güzel. TERMALSARAY OTEL SPA severler için mükemmel bir seçim olabilir .Bütçeye uygun ve beklentilerin üstünde bir otel harika bir seçimdir. Odaların temiz ve ferah olması havluların temizliği, yatak çarşaflarının hijyeni, ıslak alanın temizliği oteli bir daha tercih etme sebebim olur. Oda kahvaltı konsept olması kahvaltı kalitesini yükseltmiş. Araç için otopark mevcut .Oteli doğum günüm de ziyaret ettim ,beni özel hissettiren otel yönetimine ,çalışan arkadaşlara ,özellikle Mahmut beye, spa da Kad hanıma ve arkadaşlara beni ipeklere sarmaladıkları için teşekkürlerimi bir borç bilirim.

Harika ortam calisanlar cok iyiler. Odalar tertemizdi. Termal havuzun saati biraz daha geç vakite kadar olsa daha iyiydi ama yine de süper. Masaj cesitleti de ve yapanlar da çok iyiydiler.. Ayrica fiyatlar abartili değil güzel bir deneyimdi. Tavsiye ediyorum
