We came here for 4 days , first day , no carpet , broken window , dirty beds . Mold in the bathroom . Second day , no room service , if you decide to get food outside and ask the reception for silverware , or a simple glass , they wont give you unless you get down and go directly to the kitchen. Dirty Swimming pool , no daily cleaning. This is not a 3 stars hotel , 1 star .

Estive no hotel a trabalho, por 7 dias. Fui muito bem recebido e muito bem atendido pela Laine e pelo Lucas que estão de Parabéns pela atenção e zelo pelos hospedes. Sobre o Hotel, não espere muito luxo e requinte. Os quartos são confortáveis, contam com ar condicionado e frigobar (desabastecido mas disponivel), estacionamento para veiculo de médio porte, e a piscina que estava limpa. Café da manhã variado.

O hotel é muito bom, em especial pelo custo-benefício. Pelo valor da diária, fiquei surpreso com a qualidade. O atendimento da recepção foi rápido e cordial, com a possibilidade de guardar as malas até o horário do check-in. O quarto estava com o ar condicionado ligado, o que foi um alívio no calor de Goiânia. O quarto estava limpo e o chuveiro era ok. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficientemente bom. Recomendo para quem procura uma estadia econômica, em especial para uma viagem a negócios/trabalho.

O hotel em si, se você olhar por todas as perspectivas é ruim! Péssimo! Exceto um recepcionista do olho claro e o outro rapaz, os outros que trabalham na recepção assim como o hotel, são muito ruins. Estrutura e limpeza (nem tanto) precárias. Fui a trabalho e hospedamos em 4 pessoas num quarto. Tinha apenas uma chave; elevador quebrado; “entulho” nas entradas dos corredores; porta do banheiro não fechava; ar não gelava; televisão só funciona a globo; roupa de cama muito antiga; piscina suja; a única coisa que salvava era o ventilador.

O hotel tem um bom café da manhã e é bem localizado. Todavia, o hotel em si deixa muito a desejar e necessita urgente de reparos, pisos manchados, portas e armarios totalmente desgastados como partes quebradas mesmo, cama dura.

Caindo aos pedaços, quarto muito velho e mal cuidado. Piscina estava verde. Cadeiras de plástico no café da manhã, assim como copos descartáveis. Não tinha lençol na cama para usar por baixo da colcha. Nunca vi isso...
