在戈亞尼亞，這絕對是個好酒店，入住的地方在戈亞尼亞核心的安全區，步行20多分鐘，可以去一個很好的商場，裏面有中餐和日料，挺好的兩天住宿

挺安靜的，周圍環境也不錯，不過前台不説英語。周邊有健身房，也有小超市，很方便，不過當地人不建議晚上單獨出去逛。

The shower pressure is great! Lots of good food walking distance from the hotel. Beers extra cold, because it is very hot. Rooms are a very decent size. Staff are incredibly friendly, even though English is their second language. We had a great time.

The restaurant food and staff were superb. The rooms were modern and comfortable with a good size bathroom. The best part was the service from everyone we interact with. From Fonte desk to wait for staff and bellmen.

Fiz a reserva de uma suíte executiva "Premium" pq segundo o site do hotel teria serviços diferenciados da suíte executiva comum, entre eles: — Abertura de cama — Água cortesia — Amenities diferenciados — Máquina de café expresso De todos esses serviços adicionais, os quais aumentam o valor da tarifa em relação à suíte executiva comum, somente a água cortesia correspondeu à propaganda. Não houve abertura de cama. Os amenities não são diferenciados, não possuindo marca alguma além do símbolo do hotel. A máquina de café existe, porém é cobrado à parte 9 reais por cápsula, que são de uma marca desconhecida. Questionada, a gerente Ana foi pouco solícita em tentar solucionar os meus questionamentos, sendo até de certo ponto, irônica. Penso que hotel está desatualizado à nova realidade hoteleira de luxo. Existem opções em Goiânia de hotéis mais novos (esse é um hotel antigo que sofreu retrofit), staff mais educado e serviços melhores.

Sem dúvida o melhor hotel de Goiana e região, o conforto dos quartos é excelente e um diferencial é o atendimento de todos os funcionários que transformam sua estadia em uma ótima experiência. Com destaque para o colaborador Clayton ( Garçom restaurante) um exemplo de educação e muito atencioso.
