Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Shopping e hipermercados. O quarto é limpo e organizado. Seus funcionários são muito atenciosos. O bar funciona 24 tem diversas opções de lanches e bebidas. O café da manhã é variado. Pelo preço, superou as expectativas.

Experiência média. Localização ótima, mas hotel precisa melhorar em atendimento, infraestrutura e serviços. Quarto e banheiro pequenos e desatualizados, iluminação insuficiente. Estacionamento e café da manhã cobrados. Pontos positivos: Localização excelente. Minha estadia foi PÉSSIMA. Café da manhã simplesmente intragável, e cusou R$ 45,00, fora o valor da estadia Os atendentes do café, um bando de mal educados. Estacionamento PAGO, R$ 36,00, para me devolverem o carro SUJO, Imundo. Recepção, ótima. Check in n line, nõa presta para nada, na hota do check in, tive que fazer tudo de novo. Enfim, uma horroroza experiência, onde com toda certeza, JAMAIS voltarei Não recomendo

O hotel possui um estacionamento terceirizado com manobrista, onde nosso veículo foi danificado e eles não se responsabilizaram pelo dano. Processo falho de check list de entrada e saida e investigação não transparente. Não recomendo.

As toalhas e os lençóis estavam manchados e desgastados. O colchão já estava bem usado. O quarto estava precisando de reparos e a pintura desgastada. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas gostoso e bem servido. Essa foi a única parte boa da estadia.
