I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, despite the kindness of the woman at the front desk staff. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after a long day of travel, having pre-booked a king-size room through Trip.com. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and the only available room was one with a non-functioning shower. While the staff apologized, they were unable to offer a refund, and Trip.com could not assist either due to the third-party booking.
As a temporary solution, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher and offered access to a different room for shower use at 8:30 a.m. — seven hours after my arrival. This was extremely inconvenient and not the standard of service I expected, especially as a returning guest. I will not stay at this hotel again. No refunds were provided.
