Hampton Inn by Hilton West Wichita Goddard

The quiet hours were not in any way enforced. We had loud banging, people running up and down the halls, kids yelling and loud thumping going on until the late hours of the night (1-2am). Just to note the water park also does not come with the room, that is a separate expense. This was not clear in the booking but it wasn’t something that bothered me.

Not impressed Filthy. Our room wasn’t ready. The cleaners were watching tv in a room and not doing their job. The hallway was lined with blood stained bedding and garbage and wasn’t moved our entire stay. We thought the house keeper would come back to clean it but they left it in the hallways the entire stay. The blast off bay was ok but the staff was not knowledgeable about anything. Part Arcade was closed our entire stay. Our room was dirty. Would not stay again which stinks because it has great potential. My boys were so excited about this stay, didn’t live up to the hype. Hotel was FILTY

This property may be pretty new but the staff is really the strong point. Friendly from my first check-in and willing to answer questions and help with anything I needed, even when there were a couple things wrong with the room they jumped on it to make it right for me and allowed me to truly enjoy my stay. If you will need to Lyft/Uber from the property to anywhere, allow 10-20 minutes to be assigned a driver and another 10-20 for them to reach you - most of them appear to be coming over from Wichita.

I don’t understand why there is a water park and pool that close at 7pm on weekends….just very Bizare!

We enjoyed this hotel. We had great check in service, an awesome room, and a nice breakfast. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning the next time we are in town.

Staff does not care to help you. When checking in, he didn't say anything to me, just handed me my key. Very rude. They don't advertise that the waterpark is extra $$. The breakfast staff was very rude. For the price of this hotel, we were very disappointed. I won't be staying here again!
