The hotel is clean and well-kept. Service as well, although we happened to be nicer and more helpful people in other places. It was possible to leave luggage before and after check-out, which made visiting the First Capital of Poland much easier! Unfortunately, when it comes to rooms adapted to the disabled, this is a mistake. Not only did I pay a lot more for the "upgrade", but I also lacked a chair in the shower, which made it much more difficult to wash myself. Luckily the hotel staff reacted here and after an hour I got a replacement chair. The handrail in the shower also left a lot to be desired. I also note the lack of curtains or any curtains for the shower. There is also no handrail by the toilet .. And the hotel food fully satisfied our palates - breakfast buffet, dinners in the restaurant delicious and cost-effective. Rating for a room "adapted for the disabled" 3, service 4+, food 5+!
