Great and clean hotel with beautiful lake views. The location is very central, just a few meters away from the central square. There're plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Kind receptionist, excelent room view and place for stay. Cute city and lake! Few warm nice bars and restaurant close to Hotel. Gmudnen Keramik museum and lake castle just by walking distance. Very romantic view and stay.

It is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel. Last time it was during the summer, now it was during Christmas time. We had a room with a lake view. The room was big and comfortable, and the view was amazing, like always. The bed was very comfortable too. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the town and in front of the lake. If you like Christmas markets, we highly recommend coming during the weekend. The breakfast is superb and the staff is helpful, always smiling and ready to help. It is one of our favourite places in Austria!

We had booked two rooms in this hotel. One with lake view and one with city view. In the case of the lake view room, waking up in the morning to see the view from our room was a delight. Both rooms were big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the town and in front of the lake. The breakfast was superb and the staff was helpful, always smiling and ready to help. We will definitely come back!

Top location, room overlooking the lake, exactly as the photos. Clean, spacious & quiet. Front desk Juliana was super lovely and sweet, gave us lots of information about what to see, where to eat, coffee and cakes..Really enjoyed Konditorei Grellinger cream-rolls, the best ever pastry !! Breakfast was super good quality. Spar supermarket was below, I could buy some chocolate & bonbons conveniently ;-)

We had wonderful experience even prior check in just to query on the location and parking, then during check in is warly welcomed by Laura , special arrangement for meal since the staff knew we were fasting and made us early food arrangement prior breakfast and perfect location to go about.

Gleich zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes, wurden wir positiv überrascht und aus unserem gebuchten Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick, bekamen wir ein Upgrade zu einem Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ausreichend und frisch. Uns gingen nur Eierspeisen ab, wie Rührei, oder Omelette. Ansonsten war alles sehr schmackhaft. Man kann auch direkt unter dem Hotel in der Tiefgarage parken. Diese ist sehr eng und man sollte ein guter Fahrer sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist dafür perfekt. Mitten in der Innenstadt und am See. Sehr toll! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)
