Se trata de un complejo turístico que permite realizar todo tipo de actividades en familia. Está completamente aislado del resto de poblaciones. Los precios son excesivos y se aprovechan un poco en relación con los precios medios de la zona.
El agua caliente de la habitación no salía con presión en determinados momentos.

The place is very nice and beautiful inside but the staff lacks some training, it’s a pity because when you go to a place like this which has international prices you think you’ll get international treatment which is far from reality. But overally the experience is nice and the history of this place is fascinating and the food is quite good. Had duck last time and it was very tasty, I come quite often and I really like the spa area with saunas, hammams and jacuzzis😘

Outstanding: Best family hotel we have ever stayed in. Stayed 4 nights in Oct from Ireland for a family event in the local area. Our group included 2 teens , & children age 7 & 9 all were completely entertained by the unbelievable amount of choices . Eg roller-skating ,pool, mini golf, climbing wall, shooting range , & the horse riding .. too many activities to mention & the added bonus of everything under the one roof!! We had a fab room in the main building but some of the family rooms were a distance away down a very long tunnel.. . Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch & room service all very good. Spa had a large variety of treatments . Swimming pools & hot tubs all spotless . We found all staff extremely helpful & especially thanks to Dominica on reception. 2 hours from Rzeszow airport but car rental was straightforward & the roads were fairly quiet. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the region. & will definitely recommend.

Grumpy receptionist. 30 minutes check in after waiting in line. Stuff doing bare minimum. Dirty tables outside. Untidy pillows.

From the outside, the hotel makes a great impression – modern, well-designed, and visually striking. Unfortunately, the interior and service fall far short of what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Right at pool reception, we were met with an unpleasant dose of reality. The receptionist was ride!Despite prior notice that the room was booked for three people (two adults and a child), we had to argue just to get a third towel. It’s absurd and disappointing to have to “fight” for such a basic necessity in a hotel of this class. The Carpatia restaurant didn’t meet expectations either. Service was slow, despite the place being nearly empty. We waited far too long for appetizers, and even longer for the main course. Starters were decent, but mains were average at best and definitely not worth the high prices. Overall – overpriced, slow, and left us feeling unsatisfied. The half-board option would’ve been a much better choice – cheaper, faster, and tastier. Only plus: excellent climbing wall staff.

Beautiful location when I visited it was autumn so the forest colours were fantastic. This hotel has a fascinating history so be sure to check it out. The hotel facilities are excellent it suits all types of leasure interests. We especially enjoyed the spar and pool . The staff are extremely well trained and serve you well. The food is also good, the breakfast especially. The lounge is very relaxing for evening drinks. My only negative from giving this hotel top marks is the slow check in , Shame for such an excellent place , I can't wait to return to this wonderful place, I highly recommend.

My vacation was great untill I was informed that hotel is flushing all the dirt in to the river on the park . Please re-think your behaviour this is not acceptable in the XXI century. Typical greenwashing scandal that should be punished

As in the title, I was expecting something more from such an expensive and exclusive hotel. For that price I'd have an all inclusive hotel abroad in Egypt or Turkey. The apartament VIP that I bought for a couple of days, wasnt really prepared, I had to take care of cleaning the minibar, cleaning the room and calling other services like food etc. The swimming pools are fine, but why its available only till 10PM? At 10 PM in summer its still bright outside, why it should be closed? Windy. Almost got ill because of the strong wind. But anyways I liked the patio, the space, the food. I would rate it 3.5/5. You can visit it once, to check and see. But its not that great for frequent visitations.
