We came to our friends' wedding and I will be honest with you that I have been in many hotels but so beautiful room and I haven't seen (this ceiling!!!). However, the reason I decided to write this comment is an amazing team from the reception. If you need anything, it's not a problem for them - it's all done at a speed of expression and they're also incredibly nice. The pillow is not a problem - the phone picked up Caroline literally for a few seconds, drink in the evening despite the bar closed - there is no problem we will fix it for you! We arrived at night a little tired after 2 flights and trips to Lublin (excellent arrival from Chopin Airport from Warsaw - a really straight road) and we were welcomed by Caroline - thank you! The mother who recently started work - super helpful - all I needed for your young woman was also delivered at a express rate with a smile on the face - thanks for the scissors :) And finally, Olga, who tried to make everything that day go smoothly and without any problems - no stress for your young lady - wonderful people thank you and greet you.
