The location of the house is very good. It is on the street of Glyfada. The beach is just across the road and you can go swimming. It is also close to the commercial street and it is very convenient to buy food and go shopping. The hotel customer service Christina and Julia are warm and thoughtful. I will choose this place again next time I go there.

We were unfortunately referred to Four Seasons after London Hotel cancelled our booking at last minute. This hotel is disgusting. Our family was put in a room, with dogs in the next room(s)! On declining the room, the hotel manager, George, declared that we owed EUR50 for inspecting the room. We pleaded for an hour, and left with this as our last disappointing impression of an otherwise wonderful lovely holiday in Greece. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

placed here by MSC and Europassistance for an injury while waiting to return to Rome; does not even have a wheelchair. Bed under the air conditioner with the risk of getting even worse. Carpet to be changed and the rest needs to be renovated.

The room was clean nothing special for the price it had for one night. The building is old. And the rooms too. Lots of road noise, even with the balcony door closed. Bad smell from the air conditioners. Flooding on the fifth floor (pipes broke) and several rooms flooded. The carpet full of water. In the bathroom - 5 water points. We changed rooms at three in the morning. All we heard was "these things happen".

Well placed, limited cleanliness, friendly staff very well placed for restaurant and shop, a makeover would not be luxury, tap makes a lot of noise and no soundproofing, bedding to be reviewed and lack of pillows, blanket in a bit, too bad
