This was the third time we stayed at this hotel in the last 20 years from Canada. We chose it as it was recommended by family and it’s an excellent hotel, very quiet and you feel rested when you leave. The location is excellent if you are looking for easy access to the sea and beach, very short walking distance. The sea is amazing with all sand no rocks, shallow shoreline so wonderful for kids and seniors. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. There is a small restaurant that serves lunch and dinner which you pay separately for and the food is wonderful. The view from both the hotel and restaurant are breathtaking.

A Corfu Gem So we left here 12 days ago and this place has been tugging on our heartstrings since. Thank you 🙏 to Irene and Everyone at the Hotel and Restaurant. You are ALL so friendly and welcoming, your passion and pride truly shines !! Spotlessly Clean Accommodation! Sea views to take your breath away! Right on the beach, sun, shade, everything you could possibly need! A good breakfast and the adjoining restaurant that has food to make Corfu proud of. The mussels are just delicious!!!! Alison you service always made us smile:) This is Not A Corporate Hotel. But it is A Family Run Hotel in An Amazing Location. If they didn’t deserve the world to know how fabulous they are, I would keep them a secret! Get up early, enjoy swimming in the sea, the crystal clear water is amazing. Glyfada is all about the Daytime and the Beach. There are very few places that have made us feel so sad to be leaving. Irene thank you for waving us goodbye it was such a sweet touch. But we will be back next year! frisbee 🥏 in hand:)

Doooood I’m sitting in the restaurant overlooking the Ionian Sea and I am at peace. There are many wonderful places I’ve found on my first trip to Greece but this is the most wonderful. I’m here for the wedding of my best mate and they I think put me down here to keep me from spreading my craziness. Hah easier said than done baby!! I’ve made friends with everyone from this hotel and they treated me as if I was family. Augustinos is perhaps the most humble gentleman you can ever ask to meet and he runs the whole show. But without an ounce of apprehension. I’m kinda an embarrassing fahker and I was running late to my friends wedding and the hotel called all the taxis but, as it was Friday at 2:45pm, they were all slammed. The lady at the front desk (and her gorgeous daughter) tried everything to get me a lift. And then who took me to the Cecilia Estates for the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever attended—— freeking Augustinos- the owner of the hotel!!!!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this. This would NEVER happen in Boston. Btw the hotel is absolutely fantastic and everything was the epitome of perfection. The mattresss was so comfortable that I couldn’t even wake up for the free morning buffet…. but they still let me in when I would finally show my face. And the food was ridiculously good- not just at the buffet but the on-site restaurant——fahkin amazing. I could use another week here, but as is the case, I have to leave my new home and head back to my fam in the states. Btw btw the hotel gets 6 stars out of 5 on cleanliness. Just freaking book it already and when you’re feeling as at peace as I have for the last 4 days just raise a glass and remember- I TOLD U SOOO!!! J5_stillalive

This hotel was the first of three on our Corfu holiday. It was the perfect start, the location is stunning, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff very friendly. Lots to choose from at breakfast, set us up for the day! The lady in charge at breakfast was super helpful. We used the restaurant next to the hotel each evening, plenty of options on the menu all food and drink discounted as guests of the hotel. I feel the hotel misses a trick with the bar ... as it is staffed by the evening reception cover and not by a bartender...so looks closed, no people on there and generally lacking in atmosphere. Might be because we are here in the shoulder season. British guests are in the minority here, but that doesn't bother us. Car hire is recommended for a longer stay, otherwise you would be quite isolated.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Came here for a few days relaxation after a week's sailing. Spotlessly clean, comfy rooms with balconies and sea views. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge choice to suit all tastes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only (very minor) negative is that there's no kettle in the room. It would be really nice to have a brew when you get up in the morning. Just a thought for the owners!

Have just returned from Glyfada beach hotel after one of the most relaxing and enjoyable 10 day holiday. we have had in ages. The hotel was spotless and our balcony looked out over the sea which was stunning. We had a fridge in our room which was so useful for cool drinks and fruit. The staff especially Irene couldn’t have been more helpful with any inquiries and assisted us in booking an overnight trip to Paxos. BuffetBreakfast had a vast array of food to suit all tastes , the Greek yoghurt and honey was one of my favourites and very good coffee The hotels glass curtained taverna with stunning views served delicious food and on 2 occasions we had a take away to our balcony. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water for swimming and snorkelling . Cannot wait to return to this little hidden gem in paradise

The spa wasn't working, so only massage available. The pool restaurant and bar wasn't open. Breakfast served till 11 is a lie. There's not much left at 10am and they will not replenish hot food after 10.. so for late bloomers you've got cereal and scraps. Same lunch menu everyday. The only 5 star rating goes to the amazing hard working staff. This is a 4 star hotelat best with 3 star food, definitely not worth the money.

This restaurant bar is located in a quiet area of Gouvia facing the sea, very large all outdoors with a central dance floor, almost every evening an entertainment show is offered with dances of various genres. excellent choice of drinks at reasonable prices. in my opinion it is the only bar in gouvia where you can relax listening to music without the disturbance of groups of young people who invade the country
