We had a great stay at travelodge Gloucester - great rooms, ideal location, decent breakfast. But the staff there couldn't have been more helpful, they were all excellent. They helped us with bags, sorted left luggage and gave 110%, the lady working the desk on Saturday and Sunday (the one who found my ear buds, thanks - sorry didnt catch your name!!) plus Ian and Anisa on Sunday who retrieved our bags were all super helpful, thanks.

Great place to stay in Gloucester. Very close to the shops. Ian and Anisa were great. I would recommend the breakfast, very good value for money. I tried the restaurant one evening and the food was very nice. ******************************

Room was inadequate, no ac/heating. TV and cable didn't work, bathroom was dirty. Had a room change which was much cleaner but tv was tiny. Good breakfast. Most staff are friendly and welcoming. Good location.

Got to the reception at Travelodge St. Ann's and said Hi to the receptionist who was on their computer. I got ignored for up to five minutes, I stood there waiting while they pressed their computer, they stepped away to attend to someone else at the bar without even asking why I was there

Clean & friendly. Reception staff Ian & Arisia very helpful. Sadly air con in room failed & hot & noisy night with window open. But too late at night to ask for help. Good value breakfast service. Good location & discounted parking close by. Would use for work again.

Great visit staff extremely pleasant and helpful . Couldn't do enough for us especially Ian and Anisa . We are both elderly and not in good health , their care and concern for us was amazing . Food in restaurants very nice too and service also very good

We had a nice stay at Travelodge Gloucester which is very well placed for Gloucester Quays and local shops and restaurants. We slept well and breakfast was good.

Found hotel hard to get to only because a bridge was closed. Detour was in place. Once we were there everything was great. Anca and Caren made check in easy. Room was immaculate. Cleanliness was top notch Breakfast was hot and fresh. Made to feel welcomed by all staff we met

Absolutely top notch hotel and staff. Looked after by Lindsay and her reception staff the whole weekend. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best weekend..could not have asked for more. First rate service from arrival to departure
