I travel up for weeks at a team throughout the year and I've always enjoyed my stay. I think the "standout" quality the team here feel "genuine" - since they're always upbeat and warm, the atmosphere in the Hotel always follows suit.

Me and my son had a lovely stay. Room was clean and bar area was lovely for a bite to eat. Kids eat free at breakfast too! Ian went above and beyond when I took ill 1 evening and need to go to hospital. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally friendly & welcoming staff especially Ian & Anisa Lots of information on arrival & good advice with parking as we had to leave hotel a couple of times. Great breakfast & a great night sleep on comfortable bed. Room is lovely,clean & warm overlooking a car park with lovely views in the distance

Stay in hotel either as family or individually for work. Have stated multiple times and receive a friendly welcome from Ian who is attentive and remembers preferences and requests from previous visits. Hotel is clean, well priced and in a great location. Adjacent car park has charging for electric car, that has always had plenty of availability.

On arrival room card scanner not working but Ian and Anisa on reception checked us in and escorted us to our room all very friendly and professional. Room very comfy warm and clean. We have stayed here before and location to the Quays is excellent.

Even for a budget hotel… £230 for 3 nights… this is the worst. Really basic rooms and bathrooms. No better than a hostel. Avoid at all costs. Shame on you travel lodge!
