we visited tis hotel for the second year in a row. if in the first year we were just surprised by such a good service, this year we realized that this high standard of this place is their normality. I definitely recommend visiting and trying the Silesian menu and local drinks

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

Questo Hotel si trova in pieno centro storico di Katowice. Struttura accogliente e funzionale con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera piccola ma pulita , un po spartana nell'arredamento . TV senza alcun canale Italiano, non c'è bollitore ne frigobar. Il letto comodo ma i cuscini a mio avviso non sono consoni poiché è come non averli .. Bagno con doccia funzionale a disposizione dispenser sapone sia in doccia che sul lavandino ,a disposizione l'asciugacapelli . La camera non viene riordinata giornalmente ,se fosse necessario il riassetto va richiesto alla reception . La colazione viene servita in una sala accanto alla reception, un buffet con qualche pietanza dolce o salata ,mancanza nella scelta e di qualità . Vero che il costo della colazione è irrisorio ( 6 euro ) ma sarebbe meglio pagare un po di più e avere maggior scelta al buffet e prodotti di qualità . Manca l'acqua a disposizione ,esiste solo un succo di arancio al distributore automatico . A disposizione in reception si possono acquistare delle bevande inclusa l'acqua . Personale alla reception gentile e professionale. La persona adetta alle colazioni poco attenta e scocciata (non risponde nemmeno al buongiorno nonostante lo abbia detto tutte le mattine in cui ho fatto colazione). In conclusione è una buona soluzione per chi cerca una struttura nel pieno centro di Katowice con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante ciò se dovessi ritornare probabilmente a parità di prezzo proverei un'altra struttura. Camera 103 dal 28 novembre al 1 dicembre 2021

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Great beer. Great room. Great city to explore and use as a base for a visit to Auschwitz. A few minor issues in room 603: the curtains didn't reach the whole way across one window, the toilet flush wasn't great and the middle panel of the shower screen was missing?! Also note: bring ear plugs if you are facing 'the party street' as it is a bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. (Hotel also provided some)

At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby.
The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk.
Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, next to a bus stop and many shops and stores. An Aldi is one block away. I had a junior suite, with a comfortable bed which was like two twins pushed together, desk, 32” Samsung TV (but only 2 English speaking channels), dual sinks in the bathroom, separate corner phone booth size shower and separate tub with its own shower fixture. Fridge and coffee pot, with tea and coffee choices, but no microwave. If you are American, bring a washcloth and AC adapters, as there is no 120v outlet, even in the bathroom. Provided soap/shampoo is squeeze-style. Two bottles of water, one sparkling and one natural, along with maid service were provided each day. The complementary breakfast is 1st rate, with fresh fruits, fresh squeeze (DIY) orange juice, breads and bacon/sausage choices, soft boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. Choice of hot beverages, waffles and European breakfast meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, etc. Staff was cordial and professional. Only downside is no mask or use of disposable glove enforcement in the restaurant or the lobby, although mask use in the public areas is required. I did not have dinner at the restaurant, but the menu included 2 fish and 6 meat entrees that averaged about 67 PLN, about $16US at the current exchange rate.

FFionaChinnorThis hotel is situated just 250 yards from the main square and there is a small supermarket just 50 yards away which was useful .We were upgraded to a suite of rooms ie a living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with a huge corner bath . Whilst the shower provided hot water , we could not get hot water from the basin taps . We found the mattresses on our beds too soft for us . The cleaning of our rooms was excellent and , included tidying up everything for us ...amazing ! Breakfast was good with a good variety of continental things to choose from and there was also sausages and scrambled eggs . Reception were always very helpful and friendly . The restaurant was open for lunch but not in the evenings and , there seemed to be no bar . 'Ibu' is a nearby bar however , between the hotel and the main square . The latter serves many craft ales plus the cocktail menu is great too , the latter being a fraction of the price compared to the UK. I would recommend this hotel for it's central location .

Osobno kanapa i fotel w części telewizyjnej. Duży plus za biurko i fotel biurowy. Do tego lodówka, czajnik z zapasem herbaty i kawy. Szafa na ubrania i wieszak z lustrem. Klimatyzacja. Otwierane okna. Przestronna łazienka z wanna z jacuzzi, do tego umywalka, wc, suszarka. Przestronna restauracja, smaczne i obfite śniadania. Dania Ala carte smaczne i ładnie podane. Ceny - na poziomie średnim przedział (40 - 80) za danie. Przestronny parking Minusy - trochę zużyte meble, niewygodny zużyty materac.

BBOThe bed was small and the sheets were outdated. The location is average. The hotel looks very old and the price is not cheap. Soundproofing is not good, simple is the best way to describe it. All in all a bad experience.
