The surrounding commercial facilities are complete, the front desk is warm and the service is fast. There is free parking. Twin room, microwave oven. The bathroom sensor light is not working, it is lighted 10 times, there is a bathtub, and the tissue box is empty for 5 sheets. The experience is not good. Breakfast is good, few people~

I stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. The hotel is in a pretty decent location right off the highway, but there isn't much in the area by way of dinning. Parking was ample and the staff member that checked me in was friendly. The elevator here was super slow - so it took a very long time to get to and from my room. The pool was kinda small, when I went to go for a swim there was a family in there and it didn't look like there would be room in there for me without bumping into other people, so I skipped my evening dip. My room was clean, but the furniture was pretty worn out. I didn't find the bed terribly comfortable. My room was reasonably quiet, but in the wee hours of the morning I was awoken to the sound of a person in another room snoring very loudly. Either he was the world's loudest snorer, or the walls here are thin. I could stay here again if I were in the area again, but I would probably try to find a place closer to restaurants and with more contemporary furniture.

GGuest UserI got a room with 1 bed and a pull out bed on a couch. I took the top sheet off the bed to put on the pull out bed and found blood on my bed. It was not a whole lot of blood.... but it was still blood nonetheless. I talked to the night time receptionist and she assured me to speak with the manager in the morning and something would be done because they had no rooms available and I couldn’t have my 4 year old sleep in the car. We slept on the pull out couch and when I went to speak with the manager the next morning I was treated as if it was my fault. She told me there was nothing she could do or was willing to do because I booked through Hotels.com. Karina (the “general manager”) absolutely refused to help me in anyway. She called the police to have me leave when I became frustrated of the situation. Fast forward 3 days. I have spoken to person after person. And turns out Karina has all the control to issue a refund of any kind. And has denied it multiple times. I didn’t expect my money back or anything for that matter. But I did expect some common courtesy and maybe some respect as a human being who had to deal with someone else’s blood. I was dismissed and treated very poorly. In all of that Karina didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” one time. I would not recommend wasting your time or your money on this facility. It wasn’t worth even a sliver of the $200 I paid and the customer service? Don’t get me started. Very very sad this is where we had to start our vacation.

GGuest UserWhat a find! For a budget hotel, this really was fabulous. The lobby and our room were tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything was in good working order and nothing looked shabby or in need of repair. Our bed was very comfortable, although you might want to take your own pillow if possible. Our room had a few little extra features that were very helpful. In addition to the mini-fridge and microwave, there was a wet bar with an extra-long counter and a few kitchen-type cabinets. (I presume that they're extra storage for an extended stay.) In addition to the ample-sized desk, there was another table of the same height and depth. This means two people could have a desk, or the extra table could be used to stow luggage or other large items on top or underneath, or the two pieces could be placed end-to-end to make an extra long project table if needed. Kudos to the designer of this room and its furnishings. Cautions: there were plenty of electric outlets, although it was not necessarily easy to reach them, so if you have lots of electronics, take an extension cord or two. Also take your own toiletries. Thank you Hotel Glenpool for a very pleasant stay!

GGuest UserThe motel is conveniently located on Highway 75. We stayed here a few years ago before it was a Quality Inn. They have fixed it up quite a bit since then. Our room is nice with a king size bed, a desk and an easy chair. There is a lot of highway noise. The lady at the desk gave us a room at the back to be away from it. There was no elevator. We’ve had such problems with noisy neighbors the last few years. I always request a room on the top floor, even if we have to lug our stuff upstairs. We had a comfortable bed and a quiet room. They served a very good hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy.
