"No reception or front counter. To get in is is similar to booking cases at the airport with a computer system at the front door. Had a problem with the operation (probably me) and no sense out of the first phone call for help but no worries with the second call to another number. The place is looking a bit tired in the hall ways however painters are working out side so maybe going to do the interior. The room was good size being an older place, bathroom new and modern, overall a nice room with usual facilities, a look out over the city. 10th floor. Would go back again in the future."
"Very nice place to stay. Great location etc. My only criticiscm is the tv is fixed to the wall nownere near the beds, so you cant watch tv in bed, and, the double couch was just too small and cheap an uncomfortable frankly. Definitely in need much better bigger comfy couches in the rooms."
"Hotel is only a month old when we stayed, it still had that formaldehyde smell if you are concerned. We got a free upgrade to supreme king. There was some markings on the bedding being a new hotel, but it was comfortable with a balcony. Remember to inform reception before 9am if you want housekeeping, which is a bit early for a beach side hotel. The major concern was noise. It does get very noisy at night with the balcony glass not being double glaszed. There is also free parking after 5pm if you are able to find a spot."

"A great central location. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no light in the external staircase next to the linen store room. It’s dangerous if you come home after dark as you can’t see the stairs. Otherwise, a neat and tidy hotel .
Thanks "
"Hotel location is very good, very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the beach, room hygiene needs to be improved, especially the wall of the bathroom shower room, the gap is all black mold, kitchen drawers and countertops have oil"
"Easy check in and parking available. The rooms were big. The windows and carpet need a deep clean but the location is great and exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. The shower in the main bathroom however is not accessibility friendly as you need to step into a high bathtub with no handrail for support."
"Looking out to sea or to the mountains, the view is always grand. Comfortable beds, well equipped bathrooms and great gym. Loved the heated pool, when heating the spa is good (but i think children under 10 shouldn't be allowed in) but sauna is a bit blah. An easy access pricelist in the room for the minibar would be good. Staff are very courteous and helpful. I enjoy staying here."
"The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the sea. There is parking lot. The room is very clean and tidy. This sofa can also be turned into a bed, and it’s great to take your kids to play games on the beach."
"After living in the hotel for three weeks, I can say that I am going to be a master. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The location is very good, the bus arrives at the airport, the hotel is next to Glenelg Beach, and it takes about a few minutes to get to the beach. The harbor branch at the doorway stopped a lot of boats. The weather in July was very cold in the morning and evening, and it was hot at noon. The sky is blue, and the sea is also. The hotel goes to outlet, IKEA, the airport is very convenient, there are buses in all directions; it is also very convenient to go to the city, in most cases we choose the bus or the tram on the beach. Along the way there are big lawns and houses with garages, everything is fresh. There are a lot of foods near the hotel. There is a high-price seafood buffet. Go over 1-2mins and recommend to eat at noon on weekdays. The price is cheap. Walking 4-5mins towards the beach is a row of restaurants facing the harbour, with the best oysters and a variety of fresh ingredients. The city’s restaurant wine is said to be a major feature. Going a little further to the beach is the lively pedestrian street. The tram is slowly smashing on the road, with ice cream shops and various gourmet shopping shops on both sides. Adelaide in July was winter, still cold, didn't go swimming in the pool, but the pool looked clean. There is no embarrassment in this city, only a steady life and a fireworks atmosphere."
"Facilities: Not bad, average
Hygiene: Not bad
Environment: OK
Service: OK
If the front desk is not 24 hours, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It's all OK. No major flaws. The price is also reasonable."
