Even though it was a short stay, I managed to get plenty rest 👍🏼

A great central location. Very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no light in the external staircase next to the linen store room. It’s dangerous if you come home after dark as you can’t see the stairs. Otherwise, a neat and tidy hotel . Thanks

A great location, close to beach and pier restaurants, but the accommodation was tired and dated. We had to skulldrag our luggage up a flight of stairs, no lift or ramp. In our room was a spa which had been decommissioned, waste of space. No microwave, would’ve thought that was standard nowadays. Buses coming and going outside our room day and night. Hard to recommend this place, c’mon guys spend some money and update!

Room was ok but I needed to use extra blanket from wardrobe. It was not clean and there was a large sticky mess on it. When I needed to get access code for room it was frustrating and I sent 3 emails which were ignored. Made 3 phone calls to reception and it was not until I arrived in Adelaide and made another call to reception before the lovely receptionist managed to sort it out. She was very helpful and did her best. I did not need the extra stress. Arrived in dark, lighting barely enough. landing had pools of water from air-conditioners of other rooms. I found this risky and dangerous

Comfy bed, and nice room but the follow up of the following day for cleaning as in cups glasses and wiping down the bathroom … not done. We stayed three nights … two mornings no hot water. Contacted reception…by phone as there are never anybody around to talk to…….very polite but no further contact to let you know that is was fixed. Two attempts and third day we had a hot shower. Not good enough. Will never stay again

Stay started with an easy check in process sent via text before stay. Conveniently located in Glenelg, close to airport and local attractions. Room was clean, bathroom outdated but worked fine. Breakfast pack a bonus! Comms from hotel staff A+, plenty of info on how to contact them if required. Free car parking a bonus!
