The staff here is always very nice and knowledgeable about what there is to do nearby. I had no problems finding good places to visit or shop at during my stay. The property is very clean and easy to navigate.

Stayed @ Springhill Suites, very nice and roomy. Great view of the Gulf and the people there were really helpful and in good moods. Made my weekend very pleasurable. I will certainly go back. The pools and the area around them were good and clean. Little cabana bar was great and the bartender there was very nice and made good drinks. That to myself and family meant alot. They provided towels for pool and beach, faucets to clean the sand off and tall shower to rinse the body off too. I will recommend this Hotel to everyone. I was just so pleased with it. No restaurant though, but there are plenty of places around to eat so thats no problem.

Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa

I stayed at this lovely property in connection with a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of every aspect of the experience. The lobby is well appointed with modern furniture. Similarly, the rooms were beautiful with the hallmark comfortable Marriott bedding. I stayed in a suite which featured a barn door type partition that separated the huge garden tub from the bedroom. Even more important—-the quality of the staff. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. Not only was the food EXCEPTIONAL (you better try that waffle and THE BACON), but the staff was even more so. I looked forward to breakfast every morning where Mykayla was always so kind and attentive. She was friendly and did everything in her power to make sure that everything was done right. Additionally, Tony S. At the front desk was awesome. He was patient and kind no matter how many times I lost my key! He always had a smile and no matter how busy he was, kept the line moving efficiently. The property was adjacent to a concert facility and two sports stadiums and across the street from a Tanger Outlet. I will return!

I always measure a hotel room by the quality of sleep first and foremost. The bed in the room was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. There was a little light leaking around the curtains in the bedroom but I put a couple of pillows against the curtain on the floor and the problem was solved. When we checked into the hotel, the room we were given reeked of smoke. I went down to the front desk and since they were sold out she put us in the Presidential suite. Not as fancy as it sounds, but I am a Titanium member and she was very accommodating. The room had a bedroom and a separate living room area with a nice kitchen and a huge meeting table. The only complaint on the room is the bathroom. The door does not close. It is off kilter and you can not shut it the whole way. There was also some wall paper in the room that was slightly peeling. And finally, I don't know if this is a Residence Inn or a Phoenix area or specific to this hotel, but the hot water in the shower could not get about 85 degrees. It made for moderately uncomfortable showers. The bathroom faucet could get full on hot, so it wasn't an issue with no hot water available. The location is a great location. Restaurant and the Glendale entertainment complex are across the street. The breakfast in the morning was a typical Marriott breakfast. All in all, would stay hear again.
