Glen Innes Motel

great layout of room easily accessible and breakfast room was amazing (the old bowls club). The receptionist was lovely and obliging. Weather was cold but the queen bed had a great electric blanket and plenty of other blankets and thick quilts we also had an air conditioner with heat and cold air which worked great.
Rest Point Motor Inn

Our 2-bedroom family unit provided a spacious, comfortable base for our overnight stay in Glen Innes. The master bedroom had a couch and coffee table. Each bedroom had a television. The fridge was a generous size, and in its own room with a well-sized table that made food preparation easy (can be a challenge in rooms with limited space!). A microwave, kettle and some cutlery and crockery were supplied. Bathroom was spacious. Located at the back of the complex made for a quiet night's sleep, away from traffic noise. Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit dated but still very serviceable. Beds were fitted with electric blankets. Convenient location - we walked down to 'Fossicker's Rest' to fossick in the morning, and had time to come back to our room to change before checking out. Would have loved a separate sink from the bathroom to wash dishes in. Was a bit pricey but we were willing to pay more for the quiet location and ability to cancel the day before if needed. Would stay again.
Clansman Motel

Quite a delightful stay. Spotlessly clean, fresh large room - little extras like a table and 2 chairs, plus 2 arm chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster. A pleasant change to be able to read with the bright down light and bedside lamps.Lovely country view out the back ( kangaroos and galahs) and traffic noise was minimal overnight.( and we had the back window open) There is a communal BBQ and outdoor seating area. It is out of town but you can get a free shuttle bus to the RSL, or walk if you are energetic. Friendly, helpful, efficient service. What a bonus with the added extra of free continental breakfast delivered to your room the previous evening. We found absolutely nothing to complain about and would highly recommend a stay here at the Clansman.
