Property looked great. Quiet. However, the bathroom was extremely small (toilet and shower) and the door would not stay shut. Also, the floor had clearly not been vacuumed as there was a French fry and a fingernail on the floor.

The room was not clean, there were ants, hair in the shower, & dirt build up in areas. They need to upgrade their cleaning processes & get some pest control

When I checked in I was told that a parking fee of $7.00 per day would be charged to my charge card. This expense was unexpected and overly excessive.

Fine, but disappointing.
It took 5 to 10 minutes for the shower to get hot. I almost called down to the front desk when it finally started to get warm. The bathroom was incredibly small. It was hard to turn around in there. It could use a renovation. I stayed at a Hyatt Place in Biloxi that was great. I thought this would be the same, but it just wasn't as nice. The breakfast wasn't as good either. It was not a bad hotel, by any means. I was just expecting something a little better.

Shower head needs to be replaced and mattress was not very comfortable. Could use some type of portable table to watch tv. All towels are stored in shower where they get wet with every shower.

the staff were pleasant and helpful. However the hotel it self was disappointing due to its location and mandatory parking fee. This was an unexpected expense.
