Cannot beat the location. Convenient when attending events for Rowan students or just visiting your child. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Lots of choices to eat in walking distance. The only downfall were the revving of engines as cars going up and down the boulevard.

Motorcycles were racing liudly up and down the street until 11 o'clock. It was very annoying and made it difficult to talk earlier when we were eating out on the patio.

Overall, it was good. I am not confident in how clean our room was as there was a wine glass with lipstick on it when we checked in. The room also did not have great ventilation. It often felt very humid, heavy. We actually just started leaving the window open to let out the shower steam and get some fresh air circulating in. Staff had to multitask many roles, but did well doing it.

Great place to book.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, along with great problem solving skills. Stay had clean rooms, and comfortable living space. No complaints here.

Everything ok. Outside of the remote control, which was not ADA COMPLIANT, Complicated my stay. B even when you hit the like button on the remote control, remote control only state illuminated for 2 to 3 seconds. Not enough time for a person with my situation to figure out what to do next. Please have a supervisor call me. Or email.

Handicap accessiblty I have to have a handicapped accessible room and they almost had it perfect. Most places just slap bars up and good luck to you, but they had low beds too!! You could get in with no problem, getting out well I had to call for outside help. The bed was too soft and there was no bar on the head rest. I tried to use the night stand but it didn't work. The pool was not in service either. My stay was so pleasant. Just need a medium to firmer bed and all will be well.
