Overall our stay was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but desgined really well and very comofrtable. The hotel had a great atmosphere to it, with lots of young guests and things to do in the reception area. The wifi was hit and miss - trying to make a zoom call in the reception area was nearly impossible even at 7am.

Loved this hotel. Was staying for one night for a gig at the OVO Hydro Glasgow and this was perfect for close proximity to the concert venue. The rooms are small and modern and just perfect for a stopover for travellers for the night. The beds are comfy and the pillows are perfect. The bathrooms are small and clean. A welcome drink is also offered on arrival but I didn’t drink it as it wasn’t to my taste. I didn’t eat breakfast here as it was too early for me (it is served between 8am to 10am midweek). A bonus of this hotel is checkout is 12 noon (most other hotels are 11am and that extra hour in bed is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The prices were higher than average but still better than other hotels everywhere else for this date, as there was something on at the OVO Hydro Next day we had a walk to nearby kelvingrove museum (walking distance from The hotel). Lots of lively little coffee shops, restaurants and pubs along the way.

I’ve stayed at several Easyhotels across the country and you know what you’re going to get. It looks like this one was refurbished quite recently as it was in good nick. Paid £36 for a room. Had one without a window and to be honest I’ve got used to not having one. Good quality air con unit, bed was comfy and bathroom clean. Would definitely stay again, it’s spot on for what I need.

The English breakfast was hearty and delicious. The hotel has complete facilities, elegant environment and high security. It is only a 5-minute walk from the university where my daughter is studying. There is a cafe downstairs, and afternoon tea is convenient.

The location is extremely amazing! Just two minutes from the central station. But the night is quiet and cozy. And it is a moderate room with clean sheets and towels. All the amenities run well into the morning. Air conditioning in the room can be adjusted by the hotel staff. What is more, there is a convenient bar at the top floor, which you can get hot water and food. I’d like to book it again.

The hostel was good overall. But there is a problem, there is no kitchen. And I had a bad experience, girls never stayed in the mix dorm in the hostel because I stayed for 3 nights and there was an uncle, he used to play loud songs in the laptop in the middle of the night and used to shout loudly.The location of the hostel is very excellent.We can get all things nearby this hostel.

Overall experience of Maldron hotel was very positive; it is situated in the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from the bus station. Pro's - Rooms were clean and tidy - Quite spacious - Very convenient; just a few minute walk from the city centre (just cross the road) - Front desk staff were very helpful and friendlly - Very comfortable beds Con's - Stay for 3 nights, and room was only cleaned on the day we were leaving.

**Hotel Review: Good for a Short Stay** We stayed at this hotel for one night on January 2nd, and overall, it was a good option for our needs. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, things took a turn the following morning. On January 3rd, the hotel was incredibly busy during breakfast. We found ourselves queuing to get into the dining area, which wasn’t ideal, especially after a long night’s rest. Once inside, there were too many people crowded around the hot food stations and the toaster, making it difficult to serve ourselves efficiently. It was clear that the hotel could have managed this situation better. Perhaps they could have implemented a timed breakfast schedule or opened additional serving areas to accommodate the influx of guests. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend the hotel for a short stay, especially if you plan to have breakfast at a quieter time. Just be prepared for a potential rush if you’re there during peak times!

Beautiful old railway hotel adjacent to the station, which provides excellent access if visiting by train. Though the hotel has heritage, it has been brought up to date without loosing any of its feel as a beautiful old Victorian building. Our room was perfect, very quiet especially considering it is next to the station and the city centre, rhe beds were very comfortable, bathroom wonderful and temperature perfect. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow who doesn’t want to stay in a modern concrete box.
