Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back.

It is very close to Central City, close to Tesco and Riddle, and right next to Enoch, so all infrastructure and transportation are convenient. The hotel is also very clean.

Booked a 7 night stay, twice we had to request room to be serviced and it was never done either time. We followed the advice and requested at reception before 11.45am and also hung sign on door. Very annoying when we returned back late one evening to have no clean towels! I had in fact stripped the bed that morning so they would know we wanted fresh bedding (on day 4 of 7 night stay) so then had to remake the bed myself with the dirty linen!!

came here with my mum sister and niece we had the family room was ideal and great location, only one down side was we couldn't open the window. the rooms were ideal and very spacious , the bathroom was very modern. slept very well the 4 of us just couldnt open the window for air.

When you decide to go to the city to have a good night with your partner and you go to the theatre. At the end of the night your feet are sore with all the walking especially after a few drinks, all you look forward to is a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. That’s why I booked premier inn.

Perfect stay, arrived early and got as able to check in easily, room was clean, spacious as always and no trouble, hotel was in a great location to all amenities and easy travel distance to lots. We added the breakfast and was lovely, staff very helpful would definitely return. Room was equipped with iron board, extra pillows, towels, shower gel, tv, coffee and tea facilities, hairdryer

Walked in room and got an over powering smell off fish that nearly made me throw up. Room had not been cleaned properly. Bed cover had blood marks and loads of hair in the bed. Bathroom not been cleaned properly. Got the spare pillow and cover from under bed and the had piss marks and over marks all over them. As it was busy and a Saturday they could not get us a different room. Will definitely not be staying here again
