I stayed for 1 night, The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was great. We wouldn't recommend the breakfast as it was buffet style so we didn't know how long it was sitting out for. Also quite tasteless. The hotel is lovely and quite central, staff friendly.

The room was okay, but the service was just passable—not proactive and they didn't clean. It's about a 20-minute uphill walk from the train station, pretty much on the outskirts of town.

Great location close to Buchanan St shops and train station. Room was a bit small for the 2 double beds. But we opted to change to a double and single bed to allow for our luggages and that was fine.

Poor shower water pressure ! Poor hotel amenities, such as low-quality shower gel/shampoo, no hair conditioner. Apparently all the double double room is only located in front of lifts. Unless you're booking directly with the hotel, otherwise, there's nothing they will do to help if there's problem!
