Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

A very satisfactory stay. It is convenient to go to the University of Strathclyde and travel.

The room was better than expected, clean and had a bathtub. For me, who was tired, it was a pleasure to take a bath at night. But there is an impressive problem. The address provided by Ctrip is inconsistent with the location directly opened in the map. I copied the address and opened it in Google to navigate. The result was two directions, and I took a wrong path. This It must be changed.

Good points: fantastic location, comfy beds, decent breakfast choices, able to leave luggage securely after checkout Bad points: unpleasant smell in first room and significant mould on walls near window. Also discovered mould in the next room I was moved to. Staff did not seem particularly surprised or want to see photos as evidence on either occasion. Unable to submit feedback form.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating, food was great and the room was brilliant for the price. The location is great for the city centre, 5 mins walk from Glasgow Queen St and 10/15 from Glasgow Central Station. Near lots of eateries and shops.

Sealed windows and noisy air handling units - horrible. Not impressed with the lack of security, either. The bath with shower over seemed very deep, which was not easy to get in and out of. Close to the 500 bus route from the airport and George Square. Room and bathroom are clean and the Bar atmosphere seemed friendly.

Chose this Premier inn as it is ideally situated for Glasgow City centre. We came with 10 family members in order to bring my wife's father's ashes " home" to his native city. We found the staff very friendly and helpful when checking in. And also friendly throughout our 2 night stay. Breakfast and evening dinner was very good and great value with the " meal deal" price. The room (423) was very comfortable with a good comfy bed and a powerful hot shower. We met with other Glasgow family members on Saturday evening and have vowed to come back inspiring 2025. We will stay at Premier Inn. George square when we return.

It is always nice to have staff advise, but when low staff on, not good as they under pressure, to much to do. Increase staff, they get tired. Keep morale up and happy customers.

Went for my birthday was a treat to have an overnight away from home and treat ourselves felt £178 was a bit expensive for one night that didn’t include breakfast and the cost of 2 brekkies wasn’t reflected in the food

Nice looking room and bathroom and comfortable bed. But no facilities for unpacking clothes, and just one big low drawer and some hanging space. Noisy air conitioning and no opening of any window at all.Breakfast was OK but the continental was reasonably pricey. We were staying 5 nights and were originally offered a windoowless basement room. We did not look forward to returning to our room each evening. Perhaps OK for one night.

Good basic hotel, good sized standard double room with a bath and air con. No onsite parking as you'd expect with a city centre hotel. We parked in Duke Street which was a 5-10 minute away - but good value at £6 for 24 hours.

We visit the Edinburgh Tattoo and Frings Festival each year and given that good quality accommodation is hard to find their at this time of year. We use this Premier Inn as it is very convenient for public transport and it is good value with helpful staff.

Swift checkin at the self checkin desk, first time doing it, so I was quite impressed. Extra teas and coffee for the room in reception. Room was basic but comfy, shampoo in the bathroom was a bonus. No shower curtain, didn’t realise until hopping in the shower in the morning. Good location and the hotel was pretty quiet in the evening.
