Travelodge Glasgow Govan

Woman on reception was very friendly and helpful with directions to where i needed to go. Staff were all polite and was a pleasant stay. Room and hotel throughout was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and overall i was rather happy with my stay.

Everything was excellent there is nothing that can be improved or changed we were very happy with every aspect of our stay it was close to QEUH which we visited as my son was a patient awaiting life saving surgery I cannot think of anything else to say of Travelodge

Breakfast was served until 11am so we went down at 10.30am. Half of the items were missing and it took 15 minutes for them to appear, hit by bit. We had to find a member of staff to ask for it all as well, nobody was checking. Then at 11am everything was taken away.

Jack and Claire were the perfect breakfast hosts. Jack went out of his way to freshly cook some veggie sausages for my friend. Excellent customer service. Hotel is clean and room was a good size. Restaurant / bar facilities are well run. thank you 😊

At a last minute emergency trip to see family in hospital we booked the Govan travelodge as it was the cheapest around but honestly will be coming back here The night staff member was so sweet and lovely and made sure I was alright getting to my room and the morning staff were great and looked after me at breakfast I say this because I was the last one there haha but didn’t make me feel like I was pain for doing so and kept making sure I had everything I needed in the warm food Overall a brilliant stay for such a hard time

Stayed here 12 April 25 4 adults 3 children in 2family rooms to be told on arrival that there was no bar or breakfast facilities which was pretty poor even though they emailed the previous day saying why don't you have a refreshing drink in our bar and a lovely breakfast in the morning no mention of by the way you can't because these great facilities are not available very poor show and terrible communication 4 hungry and thirsty adults and 3 very disappointed hungry and thirsty children ages 5-10 very poor from travelodge should have brought my caravan would not have been out of place where that hotel is situated
